Have been a few times now. Having 3 under 10 this place comes in handy. Everyone there has always been nice. It is well laid out and easy to find what you need. Very clean and everything is very orderly. I feel way better that old location. That always seems cramped and a mess.
Great job. Take you old stuff and just donate what they don’t buy. Super fair on buying and get extra if use store credit.

I usually shop at the Canton location but since I’ve moved I tried the location on Southfield rd, TERRIBLE. Any who, I still work in the same area so I stopped into the Novi location one morning where I was politely greeted. This store is clean, well organized and full of clothing, shoes, children’s gear, books, and toys that are km excellent shape and in style. I don’t remember smelling that overpowering smell of detergent or whatever it is that they use at the other stores. They even had sippy cups, and spoons still packaged for sale. This location is my favorite and I will be returning.
