I really like H & M, but this store is really lacking in customer service. Still, the clothes are truly super cute and prices are so cheap. Seriously, $ 6 for a shirt??? It’s a little difficult to find stuff since the clothing racks are totally crammed with merchandise. Take some time to look around, check out the racks and don’t bother assuming you will get any discernible kind of service.

I have not ever had a bad experience here! If you are an avid 12 Oaks Mall shopper, then you are accustomed to the long lines, and tons… and tons. of people! Despite the huff and gruff of weekend shoppers, I manage to always find this H&M to fit my needs the most! Despite their sizes either being one size to big or small. the selection is diverse and plentiful. The employees are extremely helpful (shout-​out to Paul) and the fitting rooms/​merchandise are always clean! (Can you tell I am a neat freak?) Word to the wise… go extremely early on weekends or during the week after work.
