MAI-Kai Cleaners & Shirt Laundry

Bad customer service and poor quality product. That sums it all up for this poor excuse for a dry cleaner. By the way — parking is really tough for this store. Very high traffic and few available spots. In rush hour –fuggedaboudid.

I have no way else to start, but to say «STAY AWAY!!»
The customer service here is horrible. If they washed and folded clothes well, I probably would have let this go. But that’s not the case here!!! My Whites come out with hints of blue dye on them.
They mix child’s laundry in with the adults and take no responsibility; they stole a pair of $ 60 compression socks and blame me «the customer» for losing my socks. Margaret claims that the child sock shrunk and the adult sock didn’t. Did Margaret honestly think I would believe that these socks, that I have had for ages, which I have washed in cold and hot water. That one day, one sock decided to shrink and the other didn’t? Don’t trust Margaret with your clothes. Margaret actually told me that just because she is 54 years old she doesn’t make mistakes. I would have been fine if Margaret was not pointing the finger at me and would actually listen to what the problem is and tried to rectify the situation. But instead, she was rude, interrupted, and continued to blame me.
I will take the blame for taking my clothes there in the first place.
Lesson learned!
