I waited 30 minutes. I was trying to find the person who can style my hair for a long time. I moved here several years ago and tried 2 – 3 beauticians per year. I went back to my home state to fix my hair.
Eva was great. She knew my original cut and color. She didn’t try to sell products to me.
Ok, I tried second time. I had wait 30 minutes again. Also, the hair cut didn’t come out good this time. She was in hurry and moved to next customer.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had; especially loved the mud mask wrap. Would have liked a little more jacuzzi action at the beginning to be honest. I got regular polish on my toes and shellac on my fingers; even though it was the same brand & same exact color name, they didn’t come out the same hue which was a little disappointing. Overall experience was good even though it’s only two days later and I already see some discoloration of the shellac…
I bought the Unilocal Deal which was $ 50 for $ 100 of services, but otherwise I think it wouldn’t have been worth the $ 110+ tip at the regular price.

Mommy daughter time is always so wonderful as we spend our time together here every month for massage and pedicures. Thank you Ladies

Went for a couples massage on Feb.13^th. Great experience. The hostess, grounds, masseuses were all amazing. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. Used 2 Unilocal coupons with no issues, will definitely return for another great massage!

Great customer service! I have only personally used the spa amenities but, it was wonderful! I was there, changed and within one minute was called for my massage and immediately after that was ready for my facial. I have roscea, so I’m pretty picky and sensitive but this was the best facial I have ever had! I highly recommend :)

Great spa treatment! 80 minute massage was very therapeutic and relaxing. I will definately return.

Avoid at all cost! $ 170 for the wrong full color of medium length hair!
I came in a couple weeks ago to get full color. I asked the hairdresser to apply my natural color, which isn’t the most difficult task to do. She showed me a few options and we decided on one. My natural color is somewhere in the middle of dark blonde and light brown and I like it to be this way. I waited for 40 min after she applied the color and had troubles locating her… Apparently she was texting in the back room. After she washed me hair, it was dark brown! She said that she decided it will look better, which it doesn’t, and changed the color without letting me know. And she charged me $ 170 just for color! Not even a haircut… Wow

We had a great experience at Gjeto’s. We were visiting to have hair, nails, make up and massage before a wedding. Everyone was very pleased with the service that she received and all the staff was cheerful early on a Saturday morning. The Unilocal coupons were used without a hitch. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

If you want to trust someone with your hair who can look at you and know just what to do, then book John, he is amazingly fantastic and I have been going to him for years! I have watched him transform women. Also great Unilocal coupon!

I can honestly give this place 5 stars on everything from services provided to the way your treated. Everyone is SO polite and professional. I only go here for the spa portion of the place and I will never go anywhere else. Best treatments that won’t cost you half of a pay check. My place forever now !

So I know that a bunch of the reviews on here aren’t the best, but I can honestly say I have had good experiences here with underarm waxing and just today a french bikini wax. I’m not sure what the aestheticians name is, but she is this gorgeous lady from Ecuador and she is SO SWEET! Like makes me feel so comfortable and just great to talk to when getting waxed. She honestly made my experience here so awesome. The waxes were also done well, I had no complaints. The underarm was quick and easy and she helped me get out some nasty ingrowns. Same with the french bikini, she was trying to help me so that I don’t get as much scarring from my ingrowns and giving me some good advice. The only reason I knocked a star down was cause it is more expensive to the place I usually go to that is further away :(I would def come back here for waxing anyway though, since its right next to my gym! By the way, if anyone knows her name, please let me know :) She is awesome!

This is a great salon. The staff is wonderful. They do very quality work. It was a pleasure. They were very good about accommodating my time schedule.

I used to come here for Renee before I moved out of the state. She is passionate about what she does and always has your best interest in mind. She’s very in tune to what’s best for you and won’t lead you in the wrong direction. A plus for this salon is they carry kerastase. I prefer salons who carry this brand. Only downfall is it’s pricey but you get what you pay for. I’ve also had a massage before here and it was amazing! She did just the right amount of pressure and the environment is so relaxing! One of the best spa environments I have encountered in Michigan.

I have been going here for years and I would not trust my hair to anyone else! Miri is fantastic!!! My college son goes to Tania and he is very happy, too! My daughter (age 11) trusts Dana for her hair and she is super picky! The products they use (Kerastase) keep my hair in wonderful condition!

Great spa for hair or spa treatments. I always get compliments on my hair color and red over grey is not easy. Dana is great but so are the other stylists

Horrible experience is an understatement! My appointment was set with the owner originally, but upon arriving to the salon I was notified that John had left and his wife (Eva) would be doing my hair. My gut told me to run for the hills, but I hesitantly went with Eva and let her highlight and cut my hair. I told her to just touch up my highlights in order to keep the sun-​kissed look I had and to cut my hair shoulder length. When all was said and done, my entire head of hair was so bleached out that it looked white and felt brittle. The cut was ok, but it was much shorter than I had asked for and looked frayed from my now over processed hair. I told her that I wasn’t happy and asked if I could come back to have John fix it since she had done enough damage. She told me that she had to leave to pick up her kids and that I should go home and give it time. I was the only client in the salon from the time I arrived to when I left… red flag! When I got home, my family laughed at my new ‘do and I broke down and cried. John never did fix my hair, stating that I should have let Eva do it. I got my hair fixed elsewhere and wrote John and Eva a letter expressing my disappointment and asking for a refund for my highlights. Eva ended up finding my name and phone number in their old records and called me. I thought she was going to apologize, but instead she told me that she hoped I would «rot in h*ll» and that I am «too picky». She screamed at me until I hung up on her. Beware!

Went here for the first time today on a whim. Thought the place looked nice and I could tell through the window that the girl at the front desk had a cute haircut, so I decided to venture in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt like we had all been friends for a long time. The girl up front said the guy who’d be cutting my hair today had cut her’s many times before, so I instantly felt comfortable and confident about my choice to get my haircut there. My hairstylist was enthusiastic, honest, and stylish. He was super nice, talkative, and entertaining. I flipped through a few pages of a magazine before deciding that he probably had a better idea of fashion than most women (and I consider myself to be pretty stylish). So, I let him do whatever he thought would look best on me as long as he kept my length. i was so pleased with my haircut. I think it’s the best one I’ve had in YEARS. My haircut was $ 50. It included a wash, blow dry, nice smelling products (which left my hair feeling incredible), and if i would have had more time– straightening. Dritan cut my hair, but I’m sure all of them are just as wonderful.
Ps. I’ve never felt so compelled to write a review for anything or anyone before. I really can’t emphasize what a great experience I had.

This is not where I usually get my haircut, but my friend got married and booked us all hair and makeup appointments here. I haven’t been to the old location of this salon, but the new location in the Novi Fountain Walk is really nice. The spa areas look very sleek and clean and the hair stylists have a nice enough area surrounded by windows letting in a lot of natural light. None of us got haircuts, but judging by the quality of the styles we each had when we left, I would trust them with a pair of scissors. Not only were the styles modern looking, but they held up all night as well with a few extra sprays of hairspray throughout the day and night.
The makeup was another story. I felt like I had 50 layers of makeup caked on and it looked that way too. I also had so much bronzer on that I looked like an Oompa Loompa. The eye makeup wasn’t too bad, but it was sloppy. Each of us had to do some makeup fixes when we got home. For $ 70 (including $ 10 extra for air brushed foundation) I expected a MUCH more professional job. I would definitely go back to Gjeto’s for my hair, and maybe to try a spa treatment, but I would stay away from the makeup chair.
