wow, wait a second. I also had a major problem with this company — they overcharged me $ 8 and said they processed a refund on my credit card. Instaed, it showed up as a second charge for (you guessed it!) $ 8. I haven’t been back there since and seeing Clayton’s review it looks like things haven’t changed!
