Novato Mini Storage

I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone… they viciously sold my all my family and my childrens chlidhood possessions without telling me… this all occurred one year ago while I was working out of town… they never contacted me so I thought all was good… the emotional pain of having this horrible manager sell my parents who by the way passed away from cancer… and all my daughters belongings is unforgivable and unforgettable… not a day goes by when I dont feel saddened by it… so would store your things here… the manager there just laughs about it all… there r no stars deserved here but I had to make a choice to move forward.

I have been using Novato Mini Storage for about 4 months now and although I’m leaving I realized that they deserve a great review.
This is a private family owned and operated business and from the time I called to get price quote and availability to them among several storage places locally they have always bene very profressional, friendly, and as helpful and accomodating as possible. There facility has easy access to/​from freeway. Very clean well kept facility. Their prices were best by far both normal monthly fees and promotion at the time I signed up. They’re a smaller storage facility so maybe less overhead and pass savings on to customers I don’t know but definately served it’s purpose without breaking my pocket $$.
Debbie and Petra have bene very customer servuce friendly in a couple situations that they didn’t have to be (waived late fees due to my fault of not updating my c/​c info for payments.
I definately recommend you to give them a call before making a decision about where to put your stuff.
My experience has bene nothing but positive so in my book that smart great customer service friendly business.
