I met Jennifer at a Bridal Expo in Santa Rosa. We had a great meeting a couple of weeks later and I was so excited of the possibilities. The problem was, SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. By reading other Unilocal reviews, I can see now that this is a pattern of hers and a really poor way of conducting business. We met on a Sunday, she said she would have no problem coming up with a proposal/​estimate by Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no propsal/​estimate. I called her that Friday and left a message; nothing. I called her again the following Friday and left a message; nothing. I definitely need a florist or any vendor at that matter to have better communication skills. My advice is to not work with her, you will be wasting your time.

Jennifer did the centerpieces and altar decorations for my wedding. She came on board less than 1 month prior to my wedding. I was planning on simple floral arrangements of bunches of white hydrangeas with a few green hydrangeas for a pop of color in various height vases. They were a simple enough design that I planned on doing them myself the day before my wedding, with the help of my mother and sisters. But as the wedding neared and our RSVPs hit 150 (nearly all from out of town) I decided to seek some help. Jennifer came to the rescue and did a fantastic job. Her communications were timely, prices reasonable and she was willing to meet me at the Flower Market in SF (convenient for me) to take all the vases that I had already purchased (8 larger vases and 45 small vases).

She is fired 10 times over! I don’t know where to start. She doesn’t get back to you unless you threaten, we asked for a simple quote and got it 3 months later. Her prices are double to competitors. My wife to be, had everything she wanted as far as floral designs, she didn’t even consider my fiancé ideas. She told my fiancé that she can charge double, right in front of her face. Took our deposit without a contract. We tried working with her but she failed, big time!

I called Jennifer as I needed personal flowers to take on a plane– an odd request. She was great about my needing something that looked great, and traveled well. The bouquet was stunning, and looked just as good after a three hour plane flight.
The bride was pleased, and I am working with Jennifer on my own wedding this summer.

You are fired. You don’t know that yet because you do not return phone calls or respond to emails, so maybe you’ll find out this way.
If you are a bride who likes ZERO communication and would love to be totally frantic and left out to dry a month before your wedding, then by all means, call Jennifer. She’s sure to please.

I was referred to Jennifer by a friend at work and so far she has been one of the best vendors I’ve worked with. Our wedding is just two short months away and, based on the descriptions of what she will be doing for us, I have every confidence that it will exceed my expectations.
When we first spoke I was a little nervous because my fiancé and I are paying for a whole lot of the wedding expenses ourselves (keep in mind that the average SF wedding is $ 40K) — so I was expecting a hefty price tag. She was so incredibly flexible and is willing to work within any budget without sacrificing quality.
In talking about what we wanted, I asked her to be creative and put something interesting and different together that would flow with the natural/​rustic surroundings of our outdoor ceremony and the very old/​historical building our reception will be held at. The arrangement and bouquet descriptions she sent over sounded like something from a gourmet menu instead of a floral proposal! (I’ll admit I had to look up images of almost everything she listed to know what it would look like)
When we met with Jennifer to finalize our details, she was laid back and relaxed — not frantic. This is relaxing to a bride who has more than enough to be frantic about!

Jennifer did the flowers for my wedding — and has since provided the floral design and flowers for several of my friends’ weddings. Each wedding has been unique and spectaular!!! She has been able to take the bride’s style and create stunning and creative arrangements, bouquets & other misc. décor that have amazed me every time.
