Wendy’s pros and cons: Pros: Salads, Chicken Sandwiches, Baked Potatoes, Special Sandwiches, Dollar/Value Menu, frosty Cons: Regular burgers are overpriced and horrible stick with the smaller value burgers if you have to go that route. French Fries are a waste of time and calories.

Horrible service! No one there seems to give a squat about professionalism or promptness in getting your order to you. We stood there and waited at least 10 mins for fries and nuggets while the employees were chasing and shrieking at each other Goofing off. Soooo unprofessional! Who runs this awful location?

I wish I could give 0 stars seriously. This is the closest Wendy’s to me that why I go here but never again. The employees do not care about their job but really that isn’t surprising at all. The first time I went here they took my order and made me pull up and wait while about 5 cars behind me got their food I was still waiting. I was pissed!!! 15 – 20 min later a employee comes out with a bag with the WRONG food! She said what did you order again?. In the rudest tone possible! I’m like are u serious? She said oh sorry one moment she went back in and then 5 – 10 min later I got my food all I got was a stupid oh sorry about your wait! I’m like are you freaking kidding me. I was so pissed. My second time going there I ordered a number 6 spicy chicken sandwich and a chicken wrap not only did they forget the wrap and I had to go back around again but I ended up getting severe food poisoning all night from the food plus I was pregnant so now I will NEVERAGAIN eat at Wendy’s. After complaining they contacted me trying to make up for what happened but I don’t want any free food from them. STAYAWAY ! seriously!

Horrible service. I’ve noticed most of the Wendy’s in New Orleans have gone down service wise but this one may be the worst. They seem to purposely mess up your order, they are often out of basic items like bottled water and BBQ sauce and the employees seem to either talk way to loud and fast or slow and mumbled. There’s this one lady who speaks so fast that she repeats your order before you even finish.

I am not a huge fan of fast food, but this place actually serves what appear to be real eggs on their biscuits. They are actually different sizes each time and you can see the yolk. Also, the young lady who works the drive-thru window in the morning is quite possibly the nicest and most polite employee I have ever encountered at a fast food chain. Believe me, New Orleans is not famous for friendly employees at fast food chains.
