The people who work here are pleasant, but the wait at the pharmacy is ABSURD. Every single time. Whether it be the drive-thru that I’ve waited over half an hour despite being at the window with no cars ahead of me or standing in line. They are way too understaffed. If they could hire one or two more people to help work it, the service would be much more expedited and less of a headache for all of their customers. I leave pissed off every time I use their pharmacy.

Spend the same and go to any other pharmacy in the neighborhood(there are 4 in a 5 mile radius). This store has the rudest employees and worst customer service. I do like the drive thru but that sometimes takes forever and then they still don’t get it right. I will be moving all of my prescriptions.

I think the thing that really burns me up more than anything is that after I got hit by the car, I went around to the businesses with cameras, and stopped at #walgreens. When I spoke to the manager, she was SO rude and completely dismissed me, clearly not wanting to take time out of her day to look at the camera and help a LONG time customer in need. Shame on you sir for hitting me without giving it a second thought, and SHAMEONYOU #WALGREENS for denying a long time customer in need of your assistance. I hope you, whatever your name is, never have to come to my hospital seeking medical assistance, because if you do I hope that you receive the same kindness you showed me on that day.

Great location, mere blocks from home. Absolutely awful execution of a pharmacy. As close as it is to home, I’ll do my best to NOT go there again. PLEASEGETBETTER, WALGREENS.

This Walgreens is close and convenient to me where I am currently employed. Its nice to drop in and get what I need quickly. And working close allows me to be able to go during periods where it isn’t too busy. The store is neat and clean. The restrooms are clean and always have toilet paper. It is easy to come in and out and get basic needs met.

Despite receiving a call that my prescription was ready, Walgreens denied having the prescription. The pharmacy tech said that I could not pick up the prescription under 12⁄12. I drove to the Walgreens on Elysian Fields, picked up the prescription in 20 minutes. Walgreens at 101 Robert E. Lee is chronically understaffed, phones not answered, lines incredibly long. I plan to transfer prescriptions.

Walgreens in this strip mall adds to the well-equipped or all purpose block. It has everything you normally expect from Prescriptions, new vaccinations, proteins bars and shakes, to ambulatory care such as walking canes and crutches. (*NOTE: also next door to an Urgent Care facility.) They also have the Blue Hippo natural gas canisters mostly used for grilling purposes.

Ugh. Hate this Walgreens. It is definitely not at the corner of healthy and happy for me. Most of the staff is chatty and friendly — even knowing me by my purchases like someone else said, but there are a few that are so unbelievably rude. The one and only checkout had a line a mile long and the poor girl looked frazzled. I decided to check out in photo. I asked the lady if I could check out there she told me she was busy«setting this guy up to train & it would be a while». They were just bs’ing back there and she was just bring lazy. It really ticked me off bc it was pure laziness and she could care less about anything except what time she got off. Don’t even get me started on the Pharmacy there … But … Location, location, location. I can’t beat it and with little kids it’s the closest one for me.

The pharmacy is horrible!!! I contacted customer service by email, without a response. My family has switched all of our prescriptions to the Rite-Aid on Harrison Ave. Walgreens Pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone when you call, seldom check their prescription voicemail from doctors, and the counter help are rude. My doctor’s nurse warned me when she asked which pharmacy I used, I should have listened. Never going back!!!

This is definitely by far the worst Walgreens I have ever gone into. The cashiers have the worst attitudes and some of the other workers are always talking nonsense loud enough for clients to hear. Oh and do not even think of asking them to help you find something, because they will literally roll their eyes at you and give you an attitude. Do not go here unless you like being treated like you’re a burden.

I’m pretty sure that most Walgreens locations are pretty much the same and have a similar layout, especially the newere stores. This particular Walgreen’s has a great location at the corner of Robert E Lee and West End Blvd. The store was constructed after Hurrican Katrina, so it’s a new location and everything is in good shape. The pharmacy staff is friendly, as is everyone else I’ve come into contact with. The best thing about this store is that it’s open until 10:00 pm, whereas it’s rival(Rite Aid) on Harrison closes at 9:00pm.
