Had a nice stay here. The great room service. Nice interiors. Suite was nice. Great gym. Bathroom shower was clean. The lobby is amazing. Will be back next time I’m in town.

Historic building, small but nice room. No coffee machine though…
Good service, very convenient location! Close to Theaters, and bourbon st is couple min walk. Decent gym w cardio, free weights and cable machine. Good set-​up. I love free fruits and orange infused water! Only wish they had some upbeat music in there…
Had dinner at Domenica restaurant– very busy place, huge portions and great happy hour 2−5pm. Pleasant stay overall!

The rooms are beautiful and classy. Tall ceilings with large windows let natural light in. An open floor plan creating a great room feel is available or opt for a room with a wall separating the bedroom from the sitting room. I love the texture and fabrics used throughout the guest rooms. And the beds are super duper plush and luxurious for a restful sleep. If all you need is a basic bed and a shower, a room like this will feel over priced. The mirrors and furniture are solid pieces. There is a small TV monitor in the wash room but Do not expect a complimentary breakfast or a ton of extras. For example, no fridge or microwave. But think of it this way, did you come to New Orleans to make your own meals?
There are rustic tubs at both entrances filled with ice water, although this may be a seasonal perk??? I love water especially coming from drought ridden California so I was mostly pleased during my stay.

This hotel is simply gorgeous but not worth the pricy rooms. To start its doesn’t have a fridge or microwave for its guest. I could hear the people above me in the bathroom and almost died on them slippery bathroom floors. They could at least give some sort of complimentary breakfast. Maybe I would book again for a photo shoot and get some balconies its New Orleans!

For the price of this hotel, I don’t think you get what you pay for. ($ 300/​night) The lounges are beautiful and the hotel pool/​rooftop area is very nice. The rooms are clean and OK. We got to the hotel early and could not check in but even when we went back at 3 pm the room was not yet ready. Even though the other couple we were with were Hilton Honors members they could not get free Wifi. Not a high enough level per staff. And to get Wifi it was very expensive. I have had better customer service at «lesser» hotels. Would not recommend or return.

Stayed here for about a week. The hotel is clean and safe, and the service is friendly. You will probably get what you pay for. Try to get a high-​up floor if you can. The rooms on the first floor are down some cramped hallways and scattered among meeting rooms and, well, basically, the bowels of the hotel! The pool is a nice touch, but it is really outdated, and you might feel «watched» (as high-​rises surround you). The spa had some dangerous sharp edges/​corners with a few broken tiles, so beware. The main entrance is not really off of a touristy street; you’ll be using the back door most of the time to get to Royal/​Bourbon/​the aquarium, etc. I was comfortable here, but I wasn’t in love (despite the beautiful lobby — a must see — and the upgrade to a larger suite). I think the hotel was remodeled after Katrina, but it still feels somewhat aged. (Some things get better with age, so I guess I will go with three stars.) The bar is a good meeting spot.

It doesn’t get any better than this. Worth every penny so spend the money. We were celebrating our honeymoon and had been on road for quite some time. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly especially Sergio the front desk clerk. The Sazerac bar had amazing drinks and the room service was top notch. Conviniently located to Bourbon St. Recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Expensive place… but it’s worth it. The service is wonderful. However the property is on the old side despite being very clean.
