I wasn’t sure how I’d like this place because it got less that wonderful reviews on the website where I booked through my timeshare exchange. I really think many of the Timeshare crowd need a reality check when it comes to staying in New Orleans. If you want a modern apartment, stay somewhere else. AND, does anyone really expect quiet in downtown New Orleans? We checked in late and found our key and papers just as they told us on the phone. Simple and easy to get in. I found our unit to be charming, and the room was VERYCLEAN. My bed was comfortable and I slept just fine. Balcony overlooking Canal St. Provides for fun entertainment if you enjoy people watching. Mini kitchen was just right if we had planned on light cooking but we didn’t do any cooking while here on our visit. My mantra is when NOLO, enjoy the fabulous restaurants! I cant cook that stuff at home. Parking garage across the street with reasonable rates. We managed to find street parking so got lucky and saved a few bucks. We got a loft bed room and it has a spiral staircase, not so convenient for someone who might need to get up and go to bathroom often during the night. We loved staying there and is was convenient to walk to Bourbon street activities.

Stayed there last weekend and it was perfect: clean, convenient and everyone was super nice. It’s right on Canal St. so bring your earplugs. Elizabeth, bartender at the hotel bar, is brilliant. Tell her we said hi!
