Tried to take a soccer team and parents here today. Was told they were out of everything but burgers and wings! How does Italian Pie not even have pizza? Went to Theo’s instead. Won’t be back

I’ve been driving by this place for awhile and was excited when it finally opened. The staff is super friendly and they have a large selection of beer on tap. The extensive menu has everything from burgers to pasta. It’s also very cheap! Great place to watch a game

Ehhh wouldn’t go back. Disorganized and awkward. Had no cheese in the mozzarella sticks. Service was so slow and the bar was practically empty. Overpriced for what you get. Also there was an employee with his baby sitting on the bar. Weird. New Orleans offers so many great bar/pub restaurant and this isn’t one of them.

We stopped here for dinner because it was close to our hotel. They’ve been open for two months and it was our server’s first day of work so they had some bugs to work out regarding service and getting food out of the kitchen. However, everyone was very friendly. I had the gumbo and my husband had a salad and we split the spinach florentine calzone. The calzone was large and we are glad that we split one. All of our food tasted good, but was slow to come out of the kitchen. The menu had some bar food, some Italian, and some local favorites.

Really nice building with a patio downstairs and a great balcony upstairs. Both the downstairs and upstairs bars have a very large draft beer selection of 64 beers so they are beating the Bulldog. Food is Italian Pie with some bar food items added to their regular menu. The design is definitely sports bar themed with many large screen TVs surrounding the space. Abita Amber was $ 4.50 so that’s about 50 cents too much for that local beer. Very sparse on any customers the last several visits I’ve made and during the last Saints game there were about 4 people downstairs, 2 upstairs and three on the balcony. With no drink specials and no people my friend and I drank one beer and went the short distance to Superior Seafood for their happy hour special to drink cheaper $ 3 beer and eat $ 6 a dozen oysters with a fun crowd to boot. They are still very new but need to advertise and run some specials to get some folks in here as it really is one of the nicest bars Uptown and has a lot of potential if they can entice a good crowd. Parking in the area is a bit tight with everything else in the area so plan accordingly but it has been easy on every visit so far as so few people seem to be going here. A lot of former Bulldog patrons like myself that got driven away by their price gouging would love to hang out here if the beers were more fairly priced(Abita Amber for $ 4 and cheaper at happy hour as I can drink beer cheaper in this area at Milan Lounge, Mayfair, Delachaise and Prytania Bar).

Great place to watch a game! We went in and requested an obscure game. Hey were really nice and put in on behind the bar. The service was friendly and helpful. the beer selection was large and they would give us free samples when we had not had the beer before. Perfect place to watch a sports game and enjoy a nice beer. We did not have any food, so I don’t know about that, but it looked good.

Just opened, so I’m sure they’re figuring out the kinks. Extensive menu combining Italian Pie + bar far. Potentially too many items to really specialize in anything good. Wings were great. We were able to split the flavors half and half– teriyaki and hot sauce. One of our beers was way off, but the bartender happily traded for a canned beer. Hoping for a good parade route pop in! 3.5 but potential to be a solid spot. happy hour?
