I drove from out of town to attempt to buy a cleanse from here. I stood inside for about 15 minutes until the ‘worker’ walked in from being on the phone outside. She was clueless as to I wanted so she continued by reading off a three day cleanse list. I requested the one day. Then followed by ‘I guess I just charge you by the juice’ along with being unable to answer any questions I had. So far I am enjoying the taste and quality of the juice, but I’m a sucker for customer service. I will not be returning!

The Pressery is just like a cold-pressed juice bar that you would find in California. After my first day visiting New Orleans, I was already missing fresh fruits and vegetables. And then I stumbled upon The Pressery, which saved my digestive system. Later that evening my friends told me that Lea Michele has Instagrammed The Pressery since she’s around the area filming. If it’s good enough for her, it’s more than OK for me! Tried both the Green Day and Roots. Green Day was not overly sweet and didn’t leave my teeth feeling all gritty from the greens. Roots was spicy because of the ginger and sweet from the beets.

Did the 3-day cleanse. It comes with 3 sets of 6 different juices. You drink the same set of juices each day for three days. Each day, at whatever time you drink the first one, you space the juices 2 hours apart & you continue until you drink the 6th. It also comes with directions on what/how to eat for the 3 says post-cleanse. The ingredients in the juices were just pure quality!!! Activated charcoal? Tumeric? Raw honey? Alkaline water? So much more than your average juice you can press at home. My absolute favorite was the almond milk. Omg, can you say a healthy liquid cinnamon toast crunch taste? So delicious. 3-day cleanses or cleanses in general are difficult & I’m glad I chose the Pressery to help me through this!

The two stars are for the concept(fresh organic juice!) and beautiful space. Unfortunately the Immunity Plus juice that I tried was terrible and not worth the $ 10(they didn’t have change so although posted price was $ 9.50, I paid $ 10). It’s suppose to have apple, lemon, ginger, cayenne(and the gal said they’ve added turmeric as well), but it tasted like water with a little squeeze of lemon and a hint of cayenne… Like when restaurant water is served with a slice of lemon, and then you add a dash of cayenne. I juice at home and have enjoyed pressed juices from other vendors and have never had one quite as bad as the Immunity Plus from the Pressery. It’s a bummer because I live in the neighborhood and was hoping it would be good.

The place is absolutely beautiful! Nice and clean!!! Staffs are wonderful and nice! They let you try any juice flavor you want. Super refreshing and organic! My all time favors is almond milk, raw honey artichoke& chia coconut. b
