Subway

Not a single customer in the store when I arrived at 12:45. Two employees sitting at a table texting and one outside. I walked up to order a sandwich but no one behind the counter. About a minute later one gets up and walks behind the counter to take my order. The guy that was outside walks in with music playing in his phone and rung up my order. I go to subway when I’m in a hurry and need a quick sandwich. Nothing quick about this place.

I eat at subway at least once a week. This particular location has been out of something for the past 3 weeks I have visited. This week it is tomatoes, black olives, spinach, & ranch dressing… I like all of those on my sandwich.
Last week it was Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, & sweet tea. The week before (first week) it was Dr. P & sweet tea, as well as employees working (there were only 2 present & one stayed in the back telling food). It took me 10 minutes to get my sandwich; there was only one other customer in front of me.
The staff complain about their coworkers in front of customers and seem unprofessional at times.
One day they had the temps set to 80 & when I stated it was hot the employee stated the heat wasn’t on. It was set to Auto Heat– which means it comes on blasting 85 – 90 degree air to maintain 80 on the restaurant.
Get with it Subway!!!
