Studio Arms II & III

This place is a real Dump!
I know because I once rented an apartment here. The reason I rented this apartment is because I needed a place on such a short notice. Boy what a nightmare this place turned out to be! When I first moved here I noticed that a lot of the other tenants were pretty unsavory. Those weren’t the only problems. I had repeated infestations of roaches, mice, rats, bedbugs, and many other forms of vermin. Maintenance is joke partially because the manager happens to also be the maintenance man himself (yeah go figure). Also the maintenance/​manager is one of the most rude, arrogant, hateful, loudmouthed people I have ever met in my life.
The thing that made me angry the most was when I moved out. I moved to a better apartment that was clean, better managed, had a swimming pool and best of all was CHEAPER!!! It still sickens me that I am paying $ 100 dollars less per month than when I lived there. I just wish the city would come in and shut this place down. It is not even fit for human habitation.
In short I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.
