What can you say about another Starbucks? This one is a popular joint for the Lakeview crowd even though NOLA Beans is just a few doors down. The locals seem to like this place for its coffee and outdoor seating. If it gets too crowded, just try NOLA Beans… or just go ahead and try NOLA Beans first.

This is the closest one to my house and although I wish they’d build one in the gentilly/NOLA East area, this is the best one to go to. It’s in a very nice neighborhood and the environment is always chill and relaxing for study parties or getting a coffee on the go!

Great Starbucks! Super fast baristas and my drink is always right! The only drawback is no drivethru and sometimes parking is a little crowded.

I love this Starbucks so much. It’s almost my every day stop. The baristas are very nice and really get to know you. I accidentally put creamer instead of milk in my coffee. The barista noticed and made me another. They go above and beyond. The lines are usually long but it hardly ever takes longer than 5 – 10 minutes to get your drinks/food. Love y’all, Harrison SB!

Convenient location because it is down the street from my house. Staff is friendly. While this Starbucks is small, it always seems to have a line and the parking is limited.

Hate to say it but all Starbucks are pretty much the same. This one gets an extra star because it’s clean, the bathrooms are stocked and the baristas aren’t rude. They aren’t overly friendly, but I don’t expect too much! They get the drinks right, they seem to be well trained and the app makes the purchase process go smoothly! Be careful backing out of the parking spaces in the front lot! There are bollards at the end of the spaces and I’ve seen quite a few people hit them backing out!

Convenient location right next to my favorite nail shop. I come every time I get my nails done, which is often! It gets super busy here so be prepared to wait in line. The baristas are super friendly and try to get you your drink in a timely manner. If your drink doesn’t come out the way you want, they’re really good about remaking it! Which is always a plus!

This is by far the worse Starbucks in the entire city. Terrible customer service. Lacks in consistency with both pricing and quality of beverages. I purchased the same coffee three days in a row and each day the price was different. Some days the price was 2.16 some days 6.56! That’s a big difference and don’t expect them to explain why. The quality of the coffee is just meh. Taste like it’s been watered down. The chai tea latte has no spice some days. The one thing I can never understand is the total lack respect for customers at this location. I mean after being charged 6.56 for a cup of Americano I don’t want to listen to you complain about customers dropping king cake on the floor and arguing about who should clean it up. Do your job. I mean if they put as much effort into their actual job instead of complaining this place could be bearable strictly because of location. Wish I could give negative stars.

I LOVETHISPARTICULARSTARBUCKS! The barista’s are awesome, and make a great team. Saturday and Sunday mornings are almost always soooooooooooo busy. But they know my order, and greet me like a friend, and the conversation always picks up where we last left off. The manager is great, and is a good source of many ideas, and all of the staff is awesome! Don’t tell anyone, but the staff is always up to recommend different items as desired, and give new twists on your old favorites!

This is an awesome location on Harrison Avenue at Memphis Street. The building is small and tan with the line on the depth of the Katrina water on the side. The staff and baristas are sweet and friendly. The coffee is hot and awesome! The WiFi is free and called Google Starbucks. To log in click the screen on a green box that says«accept & connect». Open the same hours as Canal at St. Charles(05:30−21:00). This location has plenty of outdoor seating, as much or more than indoor! Some decent bicycle parking is also available. Nearby to the lake and City Park! You’ll enjoy this location out of the main hustle and bustle of the CBD and French Quarter. :) Muchlove y’all!

I love Starbucks especially the one on Harrison! I love the frappachinos… my favorites being the green tea and the pumkin spice, which is a seasonal flavor for fall. When I go with my friends, we usually would sit outside since it is usually packed inside and really cold. Even during the winter, we sit outside. A negative is there isn’t much seating inside. There also isn’t a drive-thru. I love how the workers are really helpful and will even give out free samples of coffee packets. One time they were about to close and gave me a bunch of cookies to take home. Regardless, Starbucks remains one of my favorite coffee shops.

This Starbucks location is really cool. Since they’ve been open, the tall gentleman barista(don’t know his name but he reminds me of David from QVC) has been so nice and helpful in my indecisive choices lol… Though this spot has little and tight parking spots, it’s best you park across in the median area, and it gets really crowded at different times of the busy day. Also the location is easy without having to drive deep into Metairie or downtown if you are near the Lakefront, N.O.East, or Mid City areas.

Nice Starbucks location– convenient to a lot of things(City Park, Hynes school, etc.) and has everything you expect in a standard Starbucks(consistent coffee, efficient baristas, quick service, etc.) Things that stand out about this particular Starbucks: — lots of covered outdoor seating! On a nice day, this is a BIG plus– the fact that the outdoor area is covered makes a huge difference, too– you can go out there when it’s pouring rain or hot direct sun and still stay comfortable. There’s indoor seating too, including a counter along the windows if you’re there on your own and just need a place to sit for a few minutes. — Convenient parking– there are a few spots directly in front of the front door, and the neighborhood has lots of parking if the little lot is already full. — Free Wi-fi…this is pretty common at coffee shops in town, but it’s nice to know that yes, the wireless access is free here. Obviously, Starbucks isn’t a particularly local experience, but sometimes you just want a coffee drink that tastes the exact same as yesterday… so Starbucks it is. A slight bit of local interest is the«Katrina line» painted along the wall all around the outside of the coffee shop– this gives you an indication of how high the water was during the flood, just in case you were wondering about how much water this area of town got(hint– a lot!)

I usually come to this Starbucks because it’s in my neighborhood. I must say the location is nice sice it’s right on Harrison. However, the inside space is quite small, even though there is plenty of outdoor space(which is really unpleasant during the summer months). I must say though that the staff is really friendly. I remember one time I went there, I wasn’t sure what I wanted and the barista guided me in the right direction. All in all, this is a good place to come to study, catch up with friends, or just get your daily caffeine fix.

So because I’m addicted to something they have here that I can rarely find anywhere else, I felt the need to write a review. About a chain. Which goes against a great many of my review-writing principals. No thanks to its juxtaposition from my work & the fact that sometimes nothing else will wake me up, I am forced to go in here & wait in a long line many more mornings than I would like. Starbucks Refreshers, you bubbly devil juice in a small silver can, why do I love you so much? It’s ingenious that they have this really. Oh, you don’t like coffee? You don’t want to hear that cow juice frothing just for your your choca-grande with a shot or 2 of double roasted, mocha-frapa– nastiness? That’s fine. Because there’s this tiny can of bubbly juice, which comes in 3 fruity flavors, that contain green coffee beans. As in, coffee that is not roasted, therefore has no flavor of coffee whatsoever. It is quite refreshing, not to sweet, & the buzz it gives you is subtle. It’s not super smacky, or shaky, like regular coffee. It’s a truly perfect little helper in the morning and damn it if I’m not hooked. This pathetic addiction began because some of us have a husband who has a fancy espresso machine which makes the whole house reek of coffee every day. Brace yourself, this is very spoiled of me, he’s figured out the science of the perfect cup of coffee, down to the crema on top as he makes the shot. After so many tries, he finally perfected it! Leaving coffee everywhere for me to clean daily, I now cannot stand the smell or taste of coffee much, I’m completely over it. Due to necessity that I’ve created for myself, I have joined that line, with my little silver can, like all the other drones who can’t wake up unassisted by their whipped concoctions. I make boring jokes about it to the empathetic employees, which I’m sure they hear all the time but they ‘re still kind enough to laugh. At least they have a lovely seating area outside, which is relatively clean, for me to sip my «green bean» juice, before heading down the street to work. Though I wish they’d actually turn on the fans out there, it’d make a hell of a difference. Please don’t judge me before you try this drink! Only, do your self a favor & don’t even start…

Niiiiiiiiice friendly staff. Love the lighted patio. On a balmy, non-humid night, this is a win-win situation. Surf the net, chat it up, go for the gusto… Buuuuuuuut don’t go pee-pee, cuz tissue is non existent. I mean to be fair this was my 5th time there, 1st time using the«facilities», buuuuuut Starbucks is a large enough company(avg $ 5/cup of coffee) until I think they can afford a couple squares of toilet paper, #ijs. When I informed barrista about thw toilet-paperless ladies bathroom, he was well aware & apologized for the lack. I appreciated the apology, not his fault. But the inside area was a Little unkept, definitely a rarity for Starbucks, but I guess there are always an exception to every rule. All in all, Ill be back, with my own toilet paper no less… Lol, j/k. Haaaaaa, this Starbucks get a 7.69 on a scale of 1 – 10.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the New Orleans area. It is pleasantly located on Harrison Ave. in Lakeview, has a great outdoor seating area, and always has good service. BOTTOMLINE: #1 Starbucks in NOLA!
