We had to wait in a hallway. We were then told to wait in a cold room. The temperature was around 65. Possibly lower. We were not offered water or anything. We are then taken to a room that was freezing and the beds were not heated. There were only sheets on the beds so we had to ask for blankets. The lights were left on in the room the whole time. My therapist had a cold or other illness and I could only hear her sniffling over the music. She also kept walking away to blow her nose, in which she not once washed her hands. The massage itself was not relaxing or relieving. It was like someone rubbing lotion on me. We could not relax our muscles because the room was cold the whole time. The first thing the therapist said to us when we exited the room was«It was so cold in there»… really?! At least you had all your clothes on. Once again no water was offered. I emailed the spa and called to which no one ever responded nor cared that our experience was so poor.

Nice little place. Staff was friendly. Came here for a couples’ massage. Valet parked our car with the JW Marriot and had our parking validated by the spa. Ambiance of the room was nice. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because although we arrived 15 min ahead of our appointment at 1 pm, the couple leaving right before us was just coming out of the room at 1:05. If the were running behind on their appointments, it’s fine. They then had to change the sheets and get the room ready for us. We started late and for some reason, our session was done as if it was started on time, so our massage was cut shorter than what it was supposed to be. The massage was great but i think they should invest in a timer/clock. I kinda like every minute I’m paying for.

Quite place. Great massage. It’s not a part of the JW Marriott but connected to it. A little pricy but worth it for the time committment and the care and concern of the workers.

I purchased the travelzoo voucher for a 60-minute massage and had planned to go today at 12:30. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident this morning and had to cancel. I called the spa 3 times this morning and no one answered the phone so I finally left a voicemail explaining the situation. I just received a call from the receptionist, Jeanette, who told me that she was voiding my voucher because I had not canceled 24 hours ahead of time. I explained that I did not choose to get involved in a car accident and that I would be happy to provide the damage report. She still REFUSED to provide the service and could not have been ruder– she even claimed that she«had been at the desk all day and hadn’t missed a single call.» At this point, I would rather schedule a massage at a different establishment than deal with this woman ever again.
