Super nice, great quality and great service. My sister and I needed our dresses cleaned for a funeral 2 days away and they let us bring in our dresses an hour after they closed so that we would have them back in time. They were super thorough too with noting stains and explaining their prices (they didn’t make me feel rushed at all).and they called me when it was ready (hours earlier than expected)!

After being kicked out of Joe’s Cleaners on St. Bernard (never go to Joe’s) I was greeted with respect and great customer service. They have same day service which is what I needed. I paid more for the service but it was well worth it to be treated like a valued customer and have my clothes dry cleaned very professionally. When in town I will always use Sam Wing.

Really one of the best dry cleaners in the city. They pay attention to detail, clothes come back as I expect them and the people who run this operation are really nice.
Some items are very expensive to clean, like a gown or tuxedo, but dry cleaning tends to be extremely expensive in New Orleans as compared to other major cities.
They have a small parking lot in front of the store and they watch it like a hawk for their customers because there is an extremely popular restaurant two doors down. They want their customers to have a place to park when they come to do business.

This is the single best dry cleaner in New Orleans! They have always done a fabulous job with my clothes and are easily accessible via phone. Whenever I’m in a pinch, they have been flexible and eager to provide quick turnaround for me. I absolutely adore this place. (Also, it’s very nice to be able to explain issues to the staff who speaks excellent English!)
