Commendable service when they have a mistake brought to their attention. 3 stars for omitting the items and 5 stars for addressing it appropriately equals a solid 3. Not far from the courts/traffic court/jail. They offer«Kool-Aid» slushes which I’ll advise you to save your money and get a Sonic Slush or something else. The Dollar menu seems to have expanded. The fries are what most folks show for but I LOVETHESWIRL ice cream offering in a Waffle Cone. Yummmm!

Rally’s is a chain of restaurants that I have mainly seen in the south(yes, I know Louisiana doesn’t consider itself to be the south, but as I have spent time in the Pacific Northwest and outside of the country, it is more south than some of the other locations I have lived) that is a drive-thru/walk-up service. I, myself, have never seen a Rally’s with indoor seating. All of that being said, this is fairly bottom of the barrel stuff that is best when drunk. Or like me today, my mouth was in pain from dental work and I wanted something soft to eat. The drive thru was quick before noon, and the service was acceptable. Would I come back daily? No. On occasion? Yes.

Not a fan of this Rally’s. Out of the few times I have been there, the customer service is actually really good for a fast food joint; the drive thru people have been nice and friendly, but the food presentation, not so much. Rally’s has tasty food. But more often than not, the buns are smashed on whatever you get, the sandwiches are wrapped hastily and usually the contents spill out and there is more sauce or whatever on the wrapper than under the bun. This Rally’s is worse in that aspect than others. And of course, with ALLOTHERRALLY’S I’ve ever been to, you’d think there was some sort of world-wide ketchup shortage with how unnecessarily stingy they are with the packets. First, you are not GIVEN ketchup with your fries, you MUSTASK for them, and when you do, 1 – 3 packets of ketchup is all you get, no matter the size of your order. I was unaware that this country had a bad season of tomato growth this year, Rally’s. Other than that, the food is tasty and when they run their 2 for $ 2 specials, you can’t really beat that too many other places. They just need to step up their game so my sandwiches don’t look like someone sat on them before placing them in the bag.

Omg!!! This is a daily craving! So upset that we do not have one. But good news I heard we are getting a few locations in Baton Rouge. Finally, my prayers have been answered. Every time I’m in New Orleans this is a spot to hit on the way home. So good, wings are always good and juicy. Fully loaded fries will send you to another planet. Oh my I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

I am completely aware I visited this fine establishment under«late night» circumstances. The obvious amount of burnt s%#t on my fully loaded fries suggests some form of contempt. Fortunately I was not that picky at 3:30am and was able to skillfully pick around it. I must honestly say that this is why I’d vote against raising minimum wage. This utter contempt and lack of care for the customer is the very reason I think that whoever made this atrocity should not be paid at all. Thank you Rally’s. Of course, I’ll be back as you’re the only thing open that doesn’t serve fried chicken in the area.

So I am here in NOLA for spring break and am staying in a hostel just up the road. After the crazy nights down on Bourbon, I am in need of a quick greasy hangover fix and Rally’s is the perfect spot. They have crazy deals like the 2 for $ 2 spicy chicken or fish sandwich or the 2 for $ 4 deal where you can go for the larger sandwiches. The people who work there are super friendly and the people are waiting in line with you are even better. When you are a college student who is saving their money for Bourbon and Frenchman street this is the place to go.

I am a fan of locally centered Fast food places. IN’N Out in California. Wimpy’s in Great Britain. Etc… Rally’s holds its own in the world of localized fast food. Good burgers, the fries are seasoned and not your typical strips of potato. Not sure about the whole outdoor seating only approach. While in general I like this, its just too damn hot way too often for their to be sans AC. Give the choices of your standard Fast food fare, I’d say Rally’s would be your best bet.
