Perfect Fit Shoes

I had a horrible experience at Perfect Fit Shoes on Magazine after purchasing a pair of Kork-​ease booties. While wearing these shoes, I slipped in two airports and actually fell down in the second airport.
After returning to New Orleans, I went back to Perfect Fit and explained to the manager what had happened and that the shoes appeared slippery on certain surfaces. He took my number and said that he would call when the owner arrived, although he failed to do so.
After returning that day to speak with the owner, I again explained the problem but was told they would not take back the shoes or give me a credit, in spite of my experience with the shoes’ poor performance on certain surfaces. Their only suggestion was nonsensical – that the manufacturer may replace the shoes with another pair of the same kind. I am appalled at the way Perfect Fit handled this, particularly as the website prominently advertises a specialty in orthopedic shoes and the physical therapy credentials of its owner.
The service I received at Perfect Fit was laughable and demonstrated the store’s complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend against purchasing anything from Perfect Fit, as the $ 235 I spent there was a waste. My money would have been better spent directly wrapped around my feet than at this store.

I bought a pair of shoes at Perfect Fit today and was really impressed with the owner. She is a physical therapist who specializes in foot issues. The selection is good and there is a price range for everyone.
