I just called for pizza delivery. It’s the middle of the afternoon. First time asked me to hold…3:31 minutes; called back 2nd time…2:55 minutes on hold; 3rd time. alas, answered the phone and told me it would over an hour for delivery!

This was a REALLY bad experience. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. It took over 1 ½ hours to be delivered. That’s not what really bothered me as, when places are really busy, I understand that it can take a while. When the 2 pizzas arrived, they were cold… Not just«not hot»… COLD! They were also completely soggy. Basically, just horrible. So, ok, THAT happens sometimes, and I understand. Here’s where I lost it… I called to complain(you can’t correct a problem if you are unaware). After explaining, the manager’s response was«Ok». NO! NOTOK!!! I wasn’t looking for free ANYTHING. That wouldn’t have solved the problem. Grant it, I wouldn’t have been out $ 30, but I would’ve still been hungry. What the manager SHOULD have done was replace my 2 uneaten pizzas(except for the 1 bite I took from each to see if they weren’t both horrible, they were entirely untouched) with the edible version of what I ordered & paid for. I would have gladly given them back the horrible pies, as I wasn’t trying to get extra stuff… I just wanted what their advertisements & website promised. Nope… The one word response of «ok» pretty much summed it up. «Ok, we couldn’t care less if you are satisfied.» The horrible pizzas, in their entirety, were thrown in the garbage. If you read my other reviews, I LOVE writing about good experiences, so, this negative review is not my norm. I almost didn’t write it, but, then I figured… Had I seen a review like this, I would’ve ordered from somewhere else.
