I can usually count on Panda providing me the a very good product for the money, with service that is always fast. I travel the country and sometimes I just need a place I can count on good food, fast. Today this Panda Express totally failed. I had never seen a Panda with an empty pan, they had 5. Never seen any ever run out of Orange Chicken, I mean this is their biggest seller. They couldn’t sell soft drinks because they where out of CO2. The angus meal the asparagus was uncooked. If I find that this is going to be the norm for Panda I will quit them. If this is an isolated store then I suggest someone get in there and get them fixed.

This is some of the worst food I have ever encountered! I work in the area so have eaten there a lot over the years. This place has seriously gone downhill. Yeah, it’s a mall food court, I’m not expecting gourmet Chinese food. But this was atrocious. The noodles were tough, not tender, and mixed with big slices of celery instead of cabbage shreds as I’ve had previously. I paid $ 1.00 to upgrade to shrimp, which had a very fishy flavor! The«Mandarin chicken» was grilled chicken with a thick soy sauce on top, not what most New Orleanians think of as Mandarin Chicken. Funny thing, the chicken was definitely mystery meat. It tasted like HAM. I ate one or two bites of each section and promptly took it home for the dog. Upon reconsideration I decided that I couldn’t even inflict this on my dog and threw it in the garbage instead. Please, even if you like cheap Chinese food, this place is horrible. Spend your money and get a poboy at Messina’s in the Riverwalk. I wish I had!

It’s a panda express, come on! What can be said that hasn’t been said before. It’s in a small riverwalk mall. But I guess if you just want some good ol reliable. This is the place to go.
