I do not recommend having any type of service here. The nail techs are rude and have absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction or appreciation. They lack attention to detail and their work ethic is subpar. 1.) The polish collection needs to be updated. 2.) The polish selections are either less than half full or their mixtures have begun to separate. 3.) Tools are neither sterilized or sanitized between patrons.(I’ve seen them rinsed with water and shoved onto a shelf)

DONOTGOTOTHISSALON. I knew walking in that the salon lacked the preferred level of cleanliness but since it was a great location to catch up with my girl while we had a mani/pedi done we pushed through. The staff was extremely rude, they rushed services, the light used during shellac process was busted so we burnt our fingers, and the lady cut my finger. While this is the place for cheapest mani/pedi shellac it is the worse and Not worth it! Especially considering two of my fingers are now infected and sore. Ugh, gross. Shut this place down until the entire place is cleaned from floors to staff!

I might go back in a pinch, but I’ve definitely had better manicures for the same price. My tech was super friendly, and that is probably the main reason I’d consider going back. He gave a great hand massage, but my manicure was full of tiny bubbles. It looked great from afar, though! The salon itself was a bit run down. The location is super convenient for me, but I’ll probably drive a little further to mid-city for a nicer place at the same price.

Thank you, Shercole K for your review! Based on this review I chose this salon as I have recently moved into the neighborhood. My experience was a pleasant one! There was a slight language barrier, but simple kindness and human deceny is a great communicator. It’s amazing how rude people can be to others that are providing a service. Eyebrows next, wish me luck!

I spent all morning trying to decide where I should go. I saw a bunch of shops on Unilocal from the super glam and posh types to the hole in the walls. I like to think I picked a happy medium. The salon was full but calm and quiet. I asked the tech to clean the tub before I put my feet in, she did it with no problem. The pedicure was well done. My manicure was done very well and they didn’t cheap on the steps, that tech was very friendly and chill. Overall great service I was in and out with a mani/pedi/eyebrows in about an hour. They’re not giving out wine glasses at the door but you’re still gonna get the basics, good service and a good experience. I would come back.

Pamper & Polish is one of my two perferred nail spas. This location is convient, located right on Franklin and Robert E. Lee. They get you in and out, but without cutting any corners. There pedicures are pretty perfect, they make sure that you leave with pretty feet; very good and paying attention the detail. This location does, pedicure, manicure, as well as eyebrow waxing. I have also had solar nails done here which stayed perfect on me for an extended period of time. There is ample parking in this commercial area so there are no worries there.
