I’ve patronized both Dr. Watermeier and Dr. Petrocy at this practice. They’re both fine, competent doctors.
However, the office staff are absolutely unprofessional. I’ve had three appointments at this practice and each time, I’ve arrived early only to wait an hour after my scheduled visit before my name is called. If I have any questions about cost, insurance issues, procedures the response is always a disdainful «I don’t know» — zero effort to go beyond the bare minimum. Emilie is inept, difficult and generally seems to loath her job.

I have been here twice to see Dr Adatto and while he is very nice I will never go back to this group. They over book their appointments to the point that you wait an hour after your appointment time has already passed. They know that this will happen everyday and yet don’t do anything to fix the situation. Their customer service is horrible and they don’t seem to care that their PAYING patients are kept waiting and waiting. I will not be supporting an office that doesn’t care about customer service no matter how nice their doctors are.
