Didn’t get a chance to experience their work because I was so disappointed in their customer service. Don’t have someone answering the phones who so clearly hates her job. Taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT HIRE ED UNTIL YOU READ THIS! Ed was selected from several strong candidates & his price seemed reasonable.
We didn’t get what we thought. He didn’t supervise his incompetent, sloppy workers. He showed NO pride of workmanship, constantly cut corners & left things incomplete. Wooden window screens he built are falling apart a month later; downspouts were dented; wires were cut, etc. The punch list contains 50+ items, damages he caused & items covered by the contract he said weren’t & would cost more to finish. It’s about a month since we heard from him & I doubt we will — he owes us more for his errors than we owe him to finish the job.

Update to my review… ED IS GREAT! Had him come back to install two exterior doors and do some sealing of some windows. His work is beautiful and very professional. He is really great and easy to work with. Will definitely be using him again!
so let me start by saying that in a set construction class, the instructor took away the drill I was using and handed me a broom :(… That being said, I am on the look out for an honest, do-​all-​kinds-​of-​random repair jobs around your house kind of person that won’t charge crazy prices or take longer than necessary. Ed was upfront and no nonsense. He re-​attached a vinyl decorative shutter that fell off the outside of my house, reinforced the other shutters and put up a blind that fell off a door. Came out the same day I called (although a little later than expected — but I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I just wanted to get it done and I knew he was squeezing me into the day). He charged a little more than I expected, but I think his work will last. Will likely call him again if I need more random repairs or another blind falls down. He will also travel to the New Orleans Metro Area — don’t let the Prairieville address fool you
