I was here on a conference. After visiting the cemeteries my batteries were low in my gripped 5dmiii. I realized a rental company scooped my charger and extra batt by accident. I knew I was getting it back and embarrassingly asked if they might assist. I was immediately granted help and they offered to charge both batteries I had. So I am sitting at a bar enjoying a cocktail happy my vacation is saved. This evening I will be reunited with my gear. I have to say there competing neighbor next store was not willing to help and the experience was pushing a sale. When I thanked the store they said we have been a canon dealer for 40 years and they should be proud. Given the close proximity I recommend the shop that has a heart thank you guys!!! John

I was in a pickle whilst on a shoot in New Orleans, I popped in to see Mark and he went out of his way and helped me recover 2 days of shooting off my memory cards, l can’t speak highly enough of the service that I received, 5 stars don’t do it justice! Arron

We went in to see if someone could see what was wrong with my friend’s camera could be repaired. It was not clicking, it might flash, but no photos were being taken. The owner looked at all possible problem areas, SD card, battery, self timer, all settings, etc for a logical and easy fix. Nothing seemed to be wrong. He took the lens off, switched lenses, and the different lens worked! Aha! It was the lens!!! So, he rubbed his finger over the connecting points of the first lens, tried again, and voila, it worked ! We offered to pay, but he refused to accept! I have to commend the owner for his great attitude and generosity! He deserves a halo!
