Nail Studio

I urge everybody to stay away from this unprofessional «nail salon». I walked in for a fill and the nail tech ended up cutting my finger while filing my nails. I waited to see the extent of the cut and as it started bleeding (as she continued as if nothing happened), I asked her to stop. I got up and washed the blood off and told her I no longer wanted her services. She then told me I needed to pay her full price. I told her I would not as she cut my hand. She continued to tell me that cuts happen all the time and it was only a small gash. I don’t believe a patron should have to pay to be injured. When I told her I would not, she proceeded to get out of her seat, look the door to the shop, and threaten to cal the police. I told her she should go ahead and do so as I am not paying. The shop owner witnessed the entire situation and told me I was fine to not pay, but the tech would not let it go. I told her I would pay her $ 5 simply because of how far she had gotten before cutting me, but I did not have cash. They told me it would have to be $ 10 to use a card. I was furious. Thankfully another customer offered to give me cash and let me pay for her service on a card. Even at that point, they still tried to overcharge me. I was seriously in a twilight zone. I urge everyone to stay far away from this disaster of a nail salon. You can cut your own finger at home for free!

I love this nail studio. The people that work there are nice and are easy to talk to. They way they do the nail are also nice and they have an assortment of color to choose from for your nail’s color. The atmosphere at the nail studio is relaxing and the prices are somewhat reasonable in my opinion.
