Mattress Firm New Orleans

very awful experience with the delivery. Buying the mattress was easy, I told the salesperson what I was looking for and he pointed me right to it. I went with the zero percent financing and changed my mind once I got home and read more about it. So went in and paid it in full and closed that line of credit out.
The delivery couldn’t have been worse. The $ 80 is not worth it! Pay a friend with a truck. I just moved into a newly painted home and the delivery guys scratched the walls.
THEN, I took a better look at the bed frame and realized that the box spring wasn’t even in the frame! The right side is just sitting on top of the bed frame.
It seems like these guys just wanted to rush in and get out. They didn’t each share the load of the mattress and box spring, instead each carried one in dragging it and scratching the wall. Then, the assembly, which I couldn’t even watch.
I called and got refunded on the delivery and they offered to repair the walls and redo the assembly of the frame. Well, they never showed up, twice. Once i got a call saying that they would be 2 hours late and I couldn’t wait any longer. The next day, I waited all day until 5:30 in the afternoon and had no show or phone call.
My friends all went with department stores, I’ll do that next time. They also paid less for their mattresses.

Best service here! Not a pushy salesman at all, he was great! Told him my needs of a small bed for my studio & how i needed it still to be comfortable at a good price & he showed me the perfect mattress fast. Waiting time was supposed to be a week but he called another place for me & had it delivered the next day. The delivery people called 30 mins before they arrived & showed up on time. Great service!

Very happy. Friendly and helpful staff. Great prices. I’ll be back (In 8 years!)
