They were nice and fine. Nothing stood out until I started to lose clothes. They’d bring me other people’s stuff mixed in with mine. Then I noticed some of mine not there. I lost a $ 500 suit and my fvorite shorts, a pair of $ 100 Brook Brother linen shorts (I’m only use dollar figures bc the amount of money it costs me). Rather than accept they lost, they flat out called me a liar twice and provided no try for compensation on the lost items. I understand that dry cleaners misplace items, it happens. But to call me a liar and then offer no attempt for compensation on loss, they lost a customer. I asked them to be reasonable and they didn’t care.
