Not only is this place convenient, it is sooooo nice!!! The employees are awesome and the service is awesome!!! My favorite is the massages… Talk about Heaven on Earth!!! If you ever go ask for Chris… He is my absolute favorite and has the best attitude and keeps you laughing. Perfect spot for after work or prepping for a night on the town!!! Don’t miss out!!!

I was just there getting a couples massage and it is one of the best massages I have ever gotten. I liked it even better than my massage in Thailand. The place is clean, soothing, and the prices are fair.

Pros:
— The massage therapist was friendly.
Cons:
— The massage therapist left the room for minutes at a time, once to get RUBBER GLOVES. I have never been massaged with rubber gloves, and let me tell you, it is quite uncomfortable.
— She used an EXORBITANT amount of lotion. Literally, every 3 minutes she was adding more, and it was splashing onto my back as she would rub it into her hands. Disgusting. Not even massage oil.
— I literally started to wonder if she is a LMT… I never saw her card, and honestly, my bf can give better massages (they’re not great). It was so uncomfortable the entire time, and her hands slipped numerous times.
I have serious back problems, so I take this seriously. It was a huge waste of money.
I’m not sure about the nail salon part, but DO NOT get a massage here.

I will definitely be back! This place is phenomenal. The service is great, the people are sweet and its super relaxing! I got the «happy feet» pedicure and let me just say by far the greatest pedicure I’ve had. It consisted of a 25 minute massage, my therapist was Tamla, she was great. My nail tech was Mina and she was super sweet and made me feel super comfortable! I can’t wait to be back!

It’s brand new — they’ve only been open for 3 months. Therefore, everything is new, shiny and clean.

This nail salon is, first of all, gigantic and second, really clean with friendly staff. I had a gel manicure at $ 30 which seemed reasonable. Tiffany who did my nails paid great attention to detail despite having some issues with the particular polish I chose. My boyfriend got a pedicure – no polish His service started with a nice foot and leg massage from one of their masseuses and another technician finished his nails. If we lived in New Orleans I would absolutely go back all the time!

Really wish this place would be better-​have given them several chances but after the third strike, there is no way I am returning. First off, management fails to inform you of all the fees related to their membership (i.e. Up charge for gel). On another occasion, I was turned away 30 minutes prior to their closing time when there were technicians available. The last straw was that I was not allowed to use a prepaid pedicure because it had expired when in fact no one informed me of an expiration date, else I definitely would have gone in sooner.

Went here after searching Unilocal reviews. Called and the receptionist said to come any time. She said they are having a $ 49 massage special for Swedish but I wanted deep tissue. She told me to pick up a paper around the corner because there is a 20% off coupon so I did that for a $ 75 deep tissue that then cost me $ 60. A bargain. Jody was my therapist. She was amazing. Fantastic massage. Would highly recommend this place and Jody. They also do manicure pedicure and facials. The place is big and very clean.

As a salon professional i have high expectations. Im never disappointed. Clean, professional, so relaxing, they even have cocktails!

Perfectly gel polished almond shaped acrylics every single time. Pedi Flex with 25 minutes reflexology. Brittany is amazing. Nina, Van, Randy, Kevin… the receptionists are adorable!

This is the best spa treatment for an affordable price I have found in three years living in New Orleans. Their manicure and pedicure treatments have so many different options based on how you want to be pampered including massages and masks for an affordable price. The staff is very kind, the space pristine, and an overall lovely environment. I have had a hard time since moving from New York finding a place for the occasional pamper that I felt was clean and replicated the experiences I had back home. Everyone should give them a try! Also great membership options available if you regularly get a mani/​pedi and want to save a few dollars.

First to review! Came for a massage this morning; this review is strictly for the massage. This place is massive. They have an entire room dedicated to just pedicure chairs, an adjacent manicure bar, and the entire upper level is massage rooms. The building is old, but the owners seem to have put a lot into restorations. I hope it stays well-​kept!
My massage was pretty good. I can’t remember my therapist’s name (Tamara?), but she was very sweet, professional and had very strong hands. I appreciated that she asked if I had any medical problems, skin rashes, recent surgeries or reactions to essential oils or scents. Not all places ask such detailed questions, so it was nice that she took that into consideration. Also, +10 points for not talking to me during my massage and actually letting me relax. The room was super clean. They’re currently having a promotion where a 1 hour body massage is $ 49, which is a great deal. I asked the front desk and this deal is running through this Friday, ¹⁰⁄₉. They’re also having an opening party on the same day. I’m not sure of the regular price of the massage but I believe it’s ~$ 80, which is a little steep considering that this isn’t a true spa with amenities (shower, etc.). I’ll definitely return if they continue to have specials!
