The last review is referring to the old management. The new guys are doing a great job! They are reasonable, easy to work with, and add a nice personal touch to the whole tenant experience.
Work is done in a timely and professional manner, and they can be understanding when the time comes to it. 5⁄5 would recommend.

NEVER rent from this place. They are crooks! The phrase Slum Lord comes to mind. Their prices are ridiculous for the quality of the properties and service they provide. I literally found dog poop in the closet when we moved in. The roof leaked and the place was infested with cockroaches. And good luck getting anything fixed if it breaks and you can kiss your deposit good bye. 88 Likes they have on Facebook? (How many employees do they have?) I wish I could put 88 Hates. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company!
