For some reason, Unilocal didnt think some negative reactions to this business were helpful reviews. Thus, I am writing another review short and sweet. This business owner is not friendly to her customers. The stuff inside is overpriced. Yes there is some nice mid-century pieces, no they are not worth the money she is asking-nicks, scratches, rust on some metal chairs. Anyway, the heart of this review is meant to help any thrifties to steer clear of this shop. As mentioned in the previous review, there are SO many antique and thrift stores in New Orleans. Why deal with a very mean business owner? Not worth it.

Found a beautiful floor lamp, owner was extremely warm and friendly. This store is more curated and less thrift oriented– l think everything was reasonably priced — some items were out of my budget but many good deals around. A great place to find an interesting accent piece for home or wardrobe.

Some nice stuff at this antiques/collectibles store, but a little pricey for my budget. I am by no means an expert thrifter so couldn’t say if the prices are justified. They had a nice selection of wooden end tables and vanities, kitchenware, and used shoes and clothes. There were a lot of items on the floor without marked prices, and when I asked about one of them, I was told(very politely) that it wasn’t for sale. I’ll probably be sticking with the string of thrift stores down St. Claude a few blocks, but if you’re looking for nice pieces and have a bit more money to spend, this might be worth a look.
