Absolute worst service and customer service! You think you are getting a great deal because the windshields are so much cheaper but there is s reason for that… Poor service and untrained installers. My windshield leaked so bad I had to pay another company 450 to redo the whole thing plus the water leaked into my fuse box. $ 1500 mistake trying to save money and using the cheapest place.
They refused to accept any responsibility, actually wanted me to sign a release before they would look at it!
Scammers prying on the uninsured!

So very friendly and accomodating. Quick service too. And best of all about half price of major nationals for same product. My 3rd replacement (ugh) of my trucks windshield

They have the lowest prices in town, which made me skeptical, but after being recommended by a friend, I had my windshield replaced and I could not tell the difference between my new windshield and the dealer windshield. The work was excellent.

I’m sorry, but if the receipt says «all work guaranteed» and has nothing about how long the work is «guaranteed,» to me that means forever. Not the case at this «fine establishment.» My windshield is leaking a year and a half later, my car now smells horrible, I am probably getting poisoned from breathing in mold, and they won’t fix my windshield. If the warranty is only for a specific amount of time, you can only say that it’s guaranteed for that amount of time, people of Jazz Auto Glass.
