This isn’t so much a grocery store as it is a «I have an emergency at my cookout and need ketchup but I am close to here and have been drinking» type of place. It is small, clean and well organized. This is also the type of place where the employees will call you sweetie and honey and not be condescending or patronizing about it in the least. They are truly, honestly friendly. This is your home away from home where they know most everyone that comes in. The guy checking me out(I had some time to spare as I was getting my tire repaired across the street) said he didn’t remember me coming in before, but was just as kind as ever. And he was checking me out as in ringing up my items, not the other more dirty meaning. But, it is a nice feeling to think that they remember their regular customers there. That is very unusual in a lot of cases. They seemed to be out of some breakfast items on the menu, but they were friendly and apologetic. They also went out of their way several times to tell me that there was free coffee with purchase for a limited time weekday mornings. Menu items for the hot food from the deli were somewhat limited, but this is a mom and pop type store. I enjoyed my visit there, and I look forward to coming back! The friendliness. I am so impressed with the friendliness.
