Cute touristy-​sourvenir shop in the Quarter. Bigger than most, good selection of everything you can imagine. They basically sell the same stuff as everyone else – how do these stores stay in business? I stopped in because I was looking for a specific t-​shirt. I found it for 25% less than the same shirt sold for on Bourbon street. Now I can be cool. I agree with the post that says this place is clean, more like a «regular» store than typical in the Quarter.

A great place for souvenirs and definitely a lot of stuff you wouldn’t find at any of the other souvenir gift shops. I was able to find souvenir spoons here! They also had cute magnets and other little creative art works I hadn’t seen anywhere else. Reasonably priced, great products, and well organized.

San Jose, CA
This souvenir shop is a way better compared to other souvenir stores on the same street because it had a lot more items such as legit masks and tee shirts, shot glasses, a plethora of ingredients for cooking, and many other typical souvenir items. I’m just saying out of all the shops, Gumbo File is more established and most importantly, CLEAN!!!
