Five Guys Burgers & Fries

5 guys never fails to impress! Take a moment on your next trip to truly appreciate what they do! Always a high energy feel good place! Staff is always in point! I was at the register waiting for maybe 30 secs when Wes noticed me. He came up apologized got my order in and said the soda was in him for the wait! You gotta love good customer service when you find it these days! Thanks Wes the free soda was not needed, but appreciated!

I’m really digging this new location! I had reviewed another Five Guys many months back and was very unimpressed. BUT this new location is great. I felt the burger I ordered was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. After I ate at this location I felt as though I was beginning to understand the hype, and honestly I’ve wanted to indulge in another burger ever since I ate here. The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful which made my visit memorable. I’d recommend this Five Guys specifically for the burgers over any other in the area (I’ve not had any other items at this location besides the burger). Parking is limited, but there is a mall across the street. You could always park at the mall and walk over if necessary.

I literally love 5 guys and they’re known for their bag full of fries, yea well not here. I seriously got 15 fries. I spent $ 13 on a runny shake n 15 fries. Wtf.

Every time I visit this location the food, service & cleanliness are exceptional! Today’s lunch was super yummy. The burgers are juicy & this Five Guys restaurant is generous with their wide assortment of toppings. I like to switch up the toppings every visit. For example today I had a cheeseburger with mayo, pickles, grilled jalapeños, grilled onions & extra mushrooms and it was very satisfying and delicious! The fries are also made fresh to order and tasty. The staff are all really friendly & welcoming so picking up lunch here is a breeze. Start to finish this Five Guys is by far my favorite takeout burger place

The cheese burger that I had was good. All the way toppings is a wonderful idea. They taste very nice. Staff was friendly. Parking during lunch time could be hard. This place is worth a try.

I am certainly a fan of the Five Guys concept. They are always super efficient, their restaurants are always clean, their staff is friendly, and man those burgers are just awesome! I was super excited when I spotted a Five Guys being built on Severn since it’s close to my neighborhood. I waited ever impatiently for it to finally open.
There are a lot of things to love about Five Guys: the free peanuts, the cajun seasoned fries, the speedy pace of their burger making skills, etc. But I think the best part about it is that I can order all the toppings I want and it doesn’t cost me a cent! I personally love to order it with the «all the way» toppings (which comes with mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup and mustard)…but there are other really worthy contenders such as jalapeños and green peppers on the list too. I loath these trendy «fresh burger» concept restaurants that nickel and dime you to death for every topping… and then you end up spending like $ 12+ for a hamburger by the time you are through. But Five Guys does it right: You pay for the burger and you can top it off to your heart’s desire! Get a few toppings… get ALL THE TOPPINGS (it might be pretty messy but the point is… you CAN do it if that’s what your feeling). Price-​wise Five Guys really is a steal! There are a few other restaurants that do the free loaded toppings concept, but even Mooyah is actually slightly more expensive than Five Guys (not much more expensive but… I’ve done the math).
To be noted here, the regular hamburgers ARE actually double stack burgers and if you get a regular hamburger fully loaded with all the toppings it really turns into a MONSTER of a burger that probably very few people could finish on their own. Most people don’t realize that the «little burger» is actually a normal single-​patty-​burger here. Also, the regular size fries can easily be split up amongst two people. The portions here are pretty big so just keep that in mind. It is really easy to over order when you are a newbie to Five Guys.
Speaking of the fries… the cajun seasoned fries are INCREDIBLY… what is the word…“cajun-y?” They are SUPER salty so good thing you get those free refills on your drinks. As salty as they are, I find them really addictive even though I can practically feel my fingers swelling up as soon as I come within 5 feet of their general vicinity.
I appreciated that the staff seemed especially friendly and the manager was very hands on with the customers at this particular location. Although they weren’t very busy at the time, the manager did take the time to come over to our table to check on how we were doing, and he even took the time to chat with some other customers and answer all their questions about the history of Five Guys and how it all got started. I anticipate that this particular restaurant will do really well being in close proximity to Lakeside Mall and there will most likely be lines out the door just like in their Mid-​City and Elmwood locations once the word gets out.
