I don’t even know where to start! Buyer beware!!! I have never been more frustrated with a company in my life! Can someone tell me how me getting a DAMAGED chandelier delivered to my house TWICE can actually end up costing me money!!! You can find all of their chandeliers online for the same price by the way…

This is the coolest store in the French Quarter! They allow you to tour the premises and have a neat tour route set up. The staff are very friendly and love to talk to folks. We tour the store with friends and family each time we are in the Quarter, just for fun! Even if you aren’t shopping for home décor, this is a must see on any excursion in the French Quarter, and its free!

I LOVE this store! I spent 2 weeks in New Orleans for work and I found this gem in the heart of the French Quarter on my first evening in town. We are building a new home in Virginia and wanted to pick out light fixtures. I initially thought they could help with just a few key pieces. 2 weeks later I had spent countless hours with one of the owners, Laurie, carefully picking out a fixture for each room. She was so fun and patient with me, offering her ideas and expertise. On my last night in town, I bought 20 fixtures from FG. They offered me builder prices on everything. I couldn’t be more pleased! I highly recommend them!

I bought chandeliers for my whole house. What great service helping me decide on what was best to fit in my house with my style. All arrived safely. When I researched the pricing I saved some serious cash. Going back for a few closet chandeliers. OK I may need a twelve step program but my house looks grande.

I cannot brag on this beautiful store and its’ excellent staff enough! I have purchased not one, not two, but nine gorgeous lighting pieces from Fischer-​Gambino. In addition to lighting I have also purchased several pieces of furniture from them as well. All pieces were delivered in perfect condition and we couldn’t be happier with our purchases. My husband and I travel to New Orleans frequently and always look forward to seeing what exciting new items they will have on display. The friendly and professional staff always go above and beyond to please their customers and have the experience needed to please any palette.
I would recommend this store to everyone, no matter what your taste and budget may be.

The sales associates were extremely rude to my friends and I. We were ready to buy not one but two of the light fixtures but before we could even say two words to the sales guy we were yelled at and asked to leave because we «looked suspicious» everyone else in the store were left alone the only difference between myself and the others in the store was I am in my early 20’s and everyone else was middle aged. We touched nothing. We moved nothing and we took pictures of nothing we were there for a grand total of 10 minutes and were asked to leave because of how we looked. SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

My wife and i have a second home in the French Quarter and just love walking thru the store. The selection is amazing and they will work with you on the price. The shop is a must visit on Royal St. I have bought several items from them now and YES we have needed service… and they stepped up to the repair and resolved our issue. We love this store and the service is impeccable, and along with knowledgeable employees, I highly reccomend them.

I could not be happier with my purchase or the quality of service I received at this beautiful store. While shopping for living room furniture pieces, Bill was more than patient as I walked in at least 10 times over a one month period, each time with tape measure in hand. Since the sofa I wanted was quite expensive, he was quick to offer suitable chairs at lower price points to keep me within budget. I met Patti (the owner) who was also lovely and very attentive to my needs. Another salesperson Cheryl came over to introduce herself as a point of contact since Bill would not be working the day of my delivery. I felt they worked great as a team and were focused on making sure my experience was a positive one.
In the end, the sofa looks better in my apartment than it did in their beautiful showroom. I’m thrilled with the purchase and thankful for the level of professionalism of the staff.

Worst customer service ever. My friend was thinking about buying one of the light trees while we were walking around checking out the store. We noticed we were being followed by two employees (I can only assume because of the way we were dressed). My friend leaned over a couch to check it’s price when one of the employees (he was a large male) YELLED at us and said it was time for us to leave the store. We asked what we did but he did not tell us. I wish I could give this place a negative review due to how rude this employee was. Sad, because we were planning on buying something. I cannot express how embarrassing it was to be yelled at in front of other customers and employees. SO RUDE.

If I could give a negative review, I would. The sales person at this store was incredibly rude and judgmental. She judged us based on what we were wearing and treated us like crap because we were not in her eyes the standard «buyer». We had money we were ready to spend because the products in the store are beautiful. However, the sales lady said «I could tell you weren’t going to buy anything» before we even had left. Literally the worst and most rude customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. I was actually embarrassed for the lady because her selling and customer service skills were that terrible. Needless to say, we will be buying all of our lighting elsewhere. Avoid at all costs… they don’t value local people… or anyone willing to buy their product unless you are dressed just the way they think you should be. Again, let me just reiterate AVOID this place. I would rather spend more money and deal with nicer «sales» people.

Beware «ALL SALES ARE FINAL» If you are at all not sure about size, weight or husband acceptance factor do not order a light fixture from this store.
I made a big mistake by not understanding that ordering a light fixture and paying for delivery I wasn’t able to cancel. Richard my salesperson was very sympathetic they offered to exchange for another item however I’m home now and can’t see their products, I waited all day for the Owner of the store to call me back, after sending them an email I received a call within 20 minutes from the Owner who said NO WAY would she cancel the order and insisted she was shipping the fixture. The prices they show in the store are double what they are on their website, the hook is the salespeople in the store then tell you they are offering 30% off so make sure you check their website prior to thinking you got a great deal. In my situation I was given 50% off and told the manager was in a great mood that day, later when I went back to show my sister what I ordered I was told by a different salesperson they were offering 30−50% off.
Their light fixtures are indeed beautiful, but apparently due to the amount of folks that either changed their minds or realized they were misled by «manager good moods» this store does not care and has an hard line attitude towards any future good will and return customers.

I come here mainly to browse and drool. This French Quarter store is filled with beautiful chandeliers and other unique lighting creations. The staff on all occasions has been polite and helpful and sought me out to see if I had any questions. Yes, it’s expensive. But I have yet to meet a chandelier that isn’t.

This business houses some of the fanciest lighting options I have ever seen. They have an incredible selection of chandeliers, ceiling fans, home décor, fountains, game tables, and furniture.
One day I hope that I have a home worthy of this sort of fine décor, but until then I will visit here and fantasize about that cool foozeball table with the monkeys and lions in my imaginary ‘game room’.
