Eau Claire Photographics

My review is a little bit late, as my husband and I got married on June 24 2012. However, I could not let the opportunity to write this review go by! I am compelled to tell everyone just how brilliant, lovely, helpful and talented Sandra (and Sam) are!
My husband and I decided to get married in New Orleans as it is one of the coolest and most beautiful cities in the world. Of course, we needed to find a fabulous photographer to capture our day and the amazing surroundings. Thankfully, I looked on Unilocal and found Eau Claire Photographics.
Sandra was helpful and responsive leading up to our big day. We met up when I landed in New Orleans a few days before the wedding and I knew I had met not just a great photographer, but also a lovely person. As we were from out of town and hadn’t even organised a cake yet (oops), Sandra drove us to a cake shop herself. I was so incredibly grateful.
On the day of the wedding, Sandra and her partner Sam went above and beyond for us. The pictures that we received captured our day perfectly and candidly and I keep sneaking a peek at them even six months later, as they make me smile. Their work is beautiful and creative and everything we could have wanted.
Thank you, Sandra and Sam, from the bottom of our hearts. We will be sure to visit you next time we are in New Orleans (and when we have kids, we’ll come for a family shoot!).

My husband & I absolutely LOVED our wedding photos! Sandra & Sam did a fantastic job at capturing real, emotion-​filled shots of our family & guests! Louisiana’s loss has been New York City’s gain: washed out of New Orleans by Hurricane Katrina, Sandra O’Claire has made the Big Apple her home. Her eye is keen and her photography is outstanding.
We hired Sandra to photograph our wedding. Not only did she show up early and stay late, she shocked us with the photos that emerged — we hardly glimpsed her after the formal portraits — she became an unobtrusive element in the day. But the pictures she got — WOW — they showed us off well (esp the bride) and shared the wedding wonderfully. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
