Duncan Plaza

This is the underutilized green space across from City Hall. I’ve mostly just walked across the plaza (watch where you step) while walking over to City Hall or the Civil Court. Although I did each lunch outside hear at least once last time I was on jury duty at Civil Court.
There is a pavilion; it is not well kept up. You will also see gathering here for political reasons pretty often. There seemed to be a candidate rally on Saturday morning when I was there.
This was also the location of a huge homeless camp post-​Katrina and the Occupy movement a few years ago. So not necessarily a place to bring the kids to play.
