These guys are amazing! I had to ship over 20 pieces of art, framed with glass to NYC. Everything arrived in flawless condition — contact paper carefully applied to all of the glass, bubble-​wrapped, boxed and then crated in custom made crates for all of my pieces! Best of all the price was unbeatable — a tiny fraction of what all art galleries told me it would cost to ship. I will never use anyone else!

Company was supposed to deliver a freight my father shipped to me. They called to set up a Tuesday delivery and never called to say they weren’t coming. I took the day off work. The issue was that they received the wrong package – which wasn’t their fault – but not calling in advance to tell me they would need to reschedule was their responsibility. My understanding from the call was that – though they were paid to leave it at the door – that since I couldn’t get someone to help me the second day that – since they were at fault for not calling to tell me they would not be coming Tuesday – they I would have help bringing the items in the house.
When they finally came to deliver, the driver hadn’t been told. I called the office and the manager was very rude: he didn’t even know about the original Tuesday delivery, but didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and hung up on me when I tried to give him the phone number that would give him the person who told me I would have help.
While the driver was very nice, this business is clearly disorganized, the staff in-​house is rude and don’t understand how to own up to a mistake when it is made.
NO ONE should use this company.
