Though off the beaten track, this facility is clean and well organized, with helpful staff.

Incompetent, irresponsible and rude!!! They gave my package to someone else and don’t want to take responsibility to pay for it. They didn’t check the tag number and gave some guy my package, which happened to be a new IPhone. If the name on the package doesn’t match the person who’s signing for it maybe you should do YOUR JOB and at least make sure the tag number matches the door tag he brought to you.

I guess I get an award from Jean-​Paul because we did find this location on the first try. But I’ve been lost in the area previously, so maybe that helps.
No grumpies for me and it stays open until 8:30 on weeknights… despite that my ticket said 7:30 only.
I was just grateful to be able to pick up my new phone the same day we missed the delivery.

Terrible location. So-​so service. If you find this place on your first attempt, kudos to you. And apparently the Sat morning shift is run by one dude that fills up on Grumpios before opening shop.
This is a last resort site after FedEx apparently can’t figure out how to deliver a package to you. It’s super ridiculous.
