Cleanerama

I cannot say enough about Cleanerama alterations and Helen. I had a daughter travel from out of state for a black tie event. The Saturday night she was packing we realized our alterations shop had sent us home with a dress cut off but not hemmed. She would not be be able to wear it as it was already starting to ravel. With travel on Sunday that left Monday during the day to get it hemmed. I called when they opened at 7 and they said bring it in to their main store when alterations opened at 8. They hemmed it, fixed the hook at the top of the zipper, pressed/​steamed it and all in about 4 hrs and for $ 20. They even called me when the dress was ready for pick up. Hard to beat that level of service and price. I would highly recommend Cleanerama to anyone in New Orleans.

This the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I have been to a lot of establishments around the world. The level of professionalism is a negative. I give them a one star and that’s only because a star was needed to post my comment.

The process to drop off and pick up is a little slow so give yourself some extra time. Pricing is moderate but they seem to do a good job I will go back but probably infrequently.
