This is the only provider I will see in New Orleans. Contrary to the other review, I think the entire staff is extraordinarily friendly and goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I should note that I am completely neurotic about seeing the dentist and that if I don’t feel comfortable and that the entire exchange was handled in an organized and easy to understand fashion, I will not go back. I’ve been going to Canatella for a couple years. My only complaint is that I ask not to receive reminder calls for appointments and they call me anyway.

INSENSITIVE, UNPROFESSiONAL front desk, LOSSOFPOTENTIALPATIENT! Shopping for new dentist in the area because mine passed away. I stumbled upon a local deal for a clean/exam and purchased it. I work out of town so weeks ahead of time I tried to call to schedule an appt. twice they were supposed to call me back and didnt, many times they didnt answer. Finally my voucher was going to be expiring and I had to fit the appt in between coming back from California and leaving to go back to work in Texas. I lost my phone in the airport and got in very late with a delayed flight, therefore missing my AM appt the next day. When I tried to reschedule they were very inconsiderate and had no appointments prior to the vouchers expiration and requested a credit card when the voucher was prepaid. Very rude. What kind of customer service is that?! I could’ve been a potential client, a loyal patient to them. OBVIOUSLYJUSTDON’T CARE!
