Wow! Best mechanic service I’ve ever had! I brought in my 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport because it was bucking when shifting from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd when I first started the car. The gentleman that owned the shop came out and greeted me with a friendly handshake and a smile. He was very knowledgeable about the types of transmissions in Jeeps and took it for a short spin before showing me where there was a slow leak due to old rubber seals(she’s 16 years old, after all). He told me I need to have the transmission rebuilt, which made sense to me. He then brought me into the shop and showed me the kit with all of the transmission parts for my vehicle, and I have to say this is what sold me on the place: You could have eaten dinner off of the floor in the machine shop it was so clean. He had an incinerator type device that burned off all of the grease and dirt on the transmission before putting it back in the truck. I dropped it off mid-day on Wednesday and it was ready for pick up first thing Friday morning. The whole thing was about $ 1,600 and came with a 1 year warranty service at 6 months.
