I would never recommend anyone to get food from this establishment. I once ordered a mocha iced coffee from them and they gave me a mocha fray with a big goon of chocolate syrup on top. It was excruciatingly frustrating trying to explain that a mocha iced coffee is different from a mocha frap. The service is slow and it seems like no one goes there except for breakfast.

First of all, lady got my order wrong. Which didn’t bother me as much until I found a roach in my drink after my kids drank it all. Totally disgusting. And when I went back to complain just 20 minutes after being there, she asked who served me, IT WAS YOU. Don’t act like you don’t remember me. Did not care about the roach in my cup. Terrible. Terrible. Be careful! I don’t expect much out of fast food restaurants, but my kids could have easily slurped that roach right down the back of their throat.

At the drive thru. Had to drive up to wait for them to bring the food to me and I didn’t even order that much. Been waiting. Still waiting for my food…

For a place that is supposed to be a quick grab-​n-​go, they sure are slow!!! I also feel like I am always having to repeat myself over and over again on my order.
They also need a lot of work on their customer service… I don’t need to hear someone cursing while waiting for my food.

Life is all about getting things faster, better and cheaper! Who has time to always sit down and dine all the time besides Ivanka Trump and Kimora Lee. Food on the go is definitely the way to geaux! Love eating out, but grabbing a quick bite with a hectic schedule only makes PERFECT sense.
I am a fan of the chicken salad at BK. The chicken tastes flame boiled, which I can definitely rock with. The dressings are cool, but please don’t skimp on the greens. Some BKs manage to give you an even proportion of everything. This one happens to be close to my house. Can’t beat that! I don’t like waiting in long lines (even in my car). BK can do better in that area. All in all, great healthy substitute to dining out.
