BWW continues to disappoint me, unfortunately. $ 9.50 for 4 chicken strips and a handful of fries, and you get one 2oz. sauce. It’s enough sauce, but I like a variety. They charge 60¢ for each extra sauce you request. The batter on the strips is unusually hard. My suggestion would be to include 2 smaller size portions of sauces with the strip meal. People want to try many of the sauces on the large list that is offered. When you are paying $ 9.50 for four chicken strips, I can’t see how charging 60¢ for extra sauce is justified. I used about half of each of my sauces. Again, I think the sauce portions are too large and somewhat wasteful; although I’m sure extremely profitable at 60¢ each. Ranch: out of the bottle(not recommended) Teriyaki: just ok(not too sweet) Bourbon Honey Mustard: decent(mildly spicy) Sweet BBQ: good My unsweetened iced tea was served and I was never given any sweeteners. Luckily, I do not sweeten my tea, but I still found that odd. All in all, definitely not work the $ 18(including tax, tip and $ 2.50 iced tea). Lots of personal conversations going on between employees all around. It will be pretty competitive with Chick-Fil-A, Canes all in the same block. I highly recommend making some minor changes BWW. Pros: atmosphere, lots of seating, outdoor patio, large menus with plenty of options, open late Cons: overpriced, food quality, charging for extras, slow WiFi

I don’t usually start a review before I get my food but I’m inspired. Either I’m very unlucky or something about this place sucks. Let’s begin with the fact that I’ve been here for 30 minutes and haven’t eaten despite the place being somewhat empty. I am drinking a beer but they were out of the kind I ordered so I have a suitable alternative. Ten minutes after I ordered my food the waitress came back and said they were out of that too. My mistake for not ordering chicken wings I guess. I did order some chicken wings this time but I will take them to go because at this rate I’ll miss my movie. It also kind of sucks to watch all the people who came in after me eating. I’m watching a cornucopia of TV’s still drinking my beer. Two stars is my way of being generous. 40 minutes later I have food but nothing I really wanted. Never again. Never. Ever.

Average Buffalo Wild Wings. The food wasn’t as great as I’ve had at other locations of the same chain, and it’s at a bit of a weird location on the highway/road. The service was good though and they have a great military discount.

Me and my coworkers went there for lunch during lunch hour, Kinda empty so we thought food and service would be excellent at best mediocre. One of my coworkers order the ultimate nachos and unfortunately it wasn’t ultimate it was more mediocre and for the price of ultimate nachos you expect massive cheesy extra items everywhere. All in all could’ve been better just go there for wings that’s it

I like this location because they are always quick. The dry rubs rock(I don’t like it saucy!) And their drinks are surprisingly strong! The vibe is cool and their waiters agree pretty attentive. The inside is your standard BWW style and they keep it pretty clean. Plus if you want to avoid kids(because only their parents think that constant winning is adorable) you can self seat in the bar area.

This place really has a good atmosphere for a casual day out with snacks and drinks while you are watching sports. I loved the table service and happy hour is great with $ 3 mixed drinks!

Horrible service. I understand when people are busy in the service industry as my mother is in it and has been for her whole life. I walked in at the beginning of the Patriots vs Chiefs 3rd quarter(14:42 on the clock). I sat down and the manager got me a glass of water. Said the bartender would be right with me. He was busy so I didn’t worry much about it. After people helped him and got caught up he started to clean the bar. He Talked to the 3 guys to my right and the 1 guy to my left. Completely ignored me. After sitting at the bar for 30 mins(2:30 on the game clock) I walked out and went to the Jaeger’s seafood restaurant and got service as soon as I sat down. Save your time and money and find another place to go.

I went here to grab a bite tonight and I’m extremely disappointed. The fries were cold, our orders came out wrong and worst of all, I found an old produce sticker in my wrap(see picture). It makes me wonder if this lettuce was even washed. All our server did was ask me if I wanted a new wrap or if I wanted it taken off the bill. The most shocking part was that the manager was notified but didn’t bother to even stop by our table to apologize. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

I love the chain but this location is just absolutely terrible with awful service. Each time I go I just can’t believe I came back. There’s rarely a hostess around when you walk in the door so you’re just standing there forever until someone decides to speak to you or seat you. Even when I try to order for take out there’s ALWAYS a complication, whether it’s that they can’t find my order, or it’s 30 minutes after the time they told me it should be ready. What’s worse than that is when I walk up to the take out area to pay and pick up my food there’s NEVER anyone there, or if there is someone behind the little desk area they just completely ignore me. Out of all the servers walking around not a single one asks if you need help and nobody acknowledges your presence. It’s like they’re begging you to hate their business. But like I said the actual BWW chain is awesome, it’s just that this location has a mission to piss off its customers. Most of the time when I get my food it’s cold or completely over cooked and chewy. But there have been a few times that I got my food and it was really good. They’re inconsistent with the food but just consistantly awful with customer service.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Since the food was semi edible I give it a 0.5. Been there 3 times since this location has opened and all three times I’ve left saying I’ll never go again. All three times they’ve got my order completely wrong. Not just a ‘no cheese’ request or ranch not blue cheese request(which I let those slide) a whole order switch-a-roo. Pathetic service. The Veterans and Slidell locations are just as bad.

Mediocre would be an upgrade. Service, food, cleanliness, ambiance… everything is exceptionally pathetic (Boneless) wings are abysmal. McNuggets do more justice to the concept. I have had the misfortune of dining here several times I ordered their tortilla soup, it was served cold. I ordered their chicken salad, the vegetables were limp and not fresh. I ordered their chicken sandwich, a fried chicken patty on a bun. Service is remarkably subpar(forgetting orders/drinks) for as little customers this place sees.

The food is horrible. I went during lunch time, thinking that the food would be hot. This was my first visit and I thought let’s give this place a try. My husband had the teriyaki chicken sandwich with loaded fries and I had the boneless honey mustard wings with fries. My husband’s sandwich was dry and my food was luke warm, as if it was sitting under a heat lamp. I had better food from Wendy’s. Was so disappointed, I took the food home in a to go box.

Yay! I’m a fan! After the horrible experiences(yes, that’s plural) with the Veterans location, I decided to try this one — even though it’s a little further away. I have been there four times now over the course of a year(I like to give a place a fair shot) and they have been consistently better. The service has been on point, the sports bar type of food as perfect as I remember and the same great atmosphere. Great place to grab a beer and watch the game — just in time for the baseball season openings. I don’t know if I will be a regular — but it’s a good place to pop in.

This location is just ok with a great beer selection that is more affordable that some of the other locations I have been to around the country and a friendly staff but the wings were terrible. Its seems that the wings were pre-fried and sitting in the back and they just tossed the sauces on them because when they were brought out they were ice cold.

Used to reallllly love BWW but it has gone downhill somehow. Really only went because I had a gift card and the UFC fight was on. This location is new. It is big and clean. DONOT get Kyler as your waiter. We had him this past time and he spent 90% of the night taking to his friends at another table. Paul is awesome!!! He picked up all of Kyler’s slack and get his tip. May or may not be back.

Buffalo Wild Wings, as the name suggests, specializes in wings! Offering either boned or boneless wings with many, many different sauces available to dip your wings into. They range from mild sauces to excruciatingly hot sauces, so what ever your desired spice level, you’ll be satisfied here. We ordered a small sized serving of the buffalo wings which came with at least 7 pieces. We chose the Spicy Garlic sauce which ranked somewhat in the middle of the pack but we were surprised with how spicy it actually was. So just a heads up, pick one that you know will be safe or your wings will be inedible and wasted. I also ordered the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. It came out with a side of fries and the burger came with lettuce, tomato, onion, jerk chicken, bleu cheese, and a sauce(which I’ve forgotten the name of). The size of the burger was very big, actually too big to fit easily in the mouth. Unfortunately, the sauce was applied to thickly and flavored a bit strong which ended up ruining the whole burger. The restaurant itself has plenty of seating with 20+ TVs located around the room, playing various channels of sport. There’s also a full bar at the back of the restaurant if you’d like to just chuck back a few beers. Overall, the wings were great(be cautious of the sauce you pick), fries were nice and crisp, but the burger could’ve used less sauce.

Their slogan is Wings. Beer. Sports. Basing the review on two of the three, since I didn’t partake in the beer, they nail 4 stars. This is a dine-in review, and my service was 5 stars. We were heading out to Academy Sports and looking for something to cure the hangover that was creeping up on us from New Year’s Eve since we started off the first 5 hours of January 1st in a bar. I spoke of the wings of my youth in college, so we decided to grab some at Buffalo Wild Wings… B-Dub’s restaurant area was pretty open. The booths have their own TVS that are a really nice size, and then it’s basically wall-2-wall TVs aka«Boy Heaven.» Berto positioned himself appropriately to enjoy the LSU game. We were«starving» in our minds so we ordered the Jalapeño Pepper Bites, side of slaw and fries, and a large order of wings; three flavors including Hot, Jammin’ Jalapeño, and the waitress-suggested Sriracha(seasonal). Our waitress was extremely attentive and sweet. She was on point with suggestions, didn’t try to up-sell us(though I think we up-selled ourselves), and brought out all the food in a timely fashion. You could tell she was younger and not jaded by the service industry. Props to this lil’ lady. The Jalapeño Pepper Bites were not my fave. You can tell this is not the freshest of dishes, and I always forget the regret I have when ordering jalapeño bites anywhere. The cheese inside is like fiery Napalm, rendering the rest of your meal tasteless due to the fact you have no tastebuds. I did cut them in half before eating them, but then it’s just like meh. The sauce that came with them was pretty good though. This dish would pair a lot better with the Beer portion, I have no doubt! The wings were pretty awesome. They separate the flavors and put a little sticker on them to label. My favorite was the Jammin’ Jalapeño ’cause they’re kind of limey, spicy where as the Hot and Sriracha were just hot, ya know. I liked the heat flavor of the Sriracha better than the Hot. The weenie that I am could really only eat 4 or 5 of these wings ’cause they were seriously huge, like huge. One of the wings was half the size of my fist, so my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. The coleslaw was just your typical coleslaw but not too runny. What’s great is they just pop a top right on them for you to enjoy later. Love that. I think if you’re out this way, and want to catch a game, B-Dubs isn’t a bad spot and the wings are ginormous! They’re menu is pretty extensive, with salads as well. I can’t say I felt like I had the most healthy of experience, but it’s not Wings. Beer. Sports. Lo-Calorie Intake. ;)
