No one points and laughs at me anymore. Children don’t cry when they see me. Veterinarians don’t try to euthanize me. Life has turned around since I found Elisa and Lindsay. Lindsey and Elisa are the best in the city! If you are looking for a salon that knows all of the latest trends with tons of experience this is the place to go! My hair is always perfect when I come and they take their time to do everything right! You will not go wrong by coming into Bouffant Beauty and Barber! They also have all of the latest hair products for sale at very reasonable prices! Also there is a coffee shop and other restaurants in walking distance in case you are here dying your hair for awhile!

Great service, great haircut. Absolutely no complaints, only compliments. Cool atmosphere in the shop, couldn’t ask for anything more. Elisa is the best.

I have lived in New Orleans now for a few years and have always waited to get my hair done when I go back home to Los Angeles.
I got my hair highlighted and cut at Aveda Parker a few months ago and was very disappointed at the job they did! It was horrendous!
So when I was looking for another place I wanted to try a more «local» shop that would listen and attend to the vision I had. Lindsay did that and more! I was so pleased with how much time and care she put into my hair. I have DEFINITELY found my go to hair salon here in Nola! The lowlights and highlights she mixed in my hair were the perfect balance of being natural and noticeable. She also works magic with her scissors as my long layers barely need any extra attention when I do my hair now.
I cannot wait till my next appointment!

My reaction to the friend who sent me here was «wow, that’s the first time I’ve received the haircut I asked for on the first try in this town». For over a year, my haircut and beard shaping have been consistant and looked great.

I love this salon so much. After dabbling in hair color on my own with so not stylin’ results, a friend recommended this place. I made an appointment with Elisa, and she did such an amazing job on (purple) color and cut. The environment is relaxed, and Lindsay and Elisa make you feel comfortable, unlike some snobby salons. Reasonably priced, too! I always look forward to my next appointment!

Lindsay is such a great gal! She did a fantastic job, and was a dream to hang with. Cant wait to go in for my touch up. Oh and did I mention the prices? Beyond fair in a city full of upcharges!
