Walked in this store briefly and while browsing the store, me and two of my girlfriends decided to take a picture and was told to «get out» by the owner so she could have the «back of her store back». We literally took about 15 seconds to take a picture so I am convinced that the owner must be racist. Horrible service, never seen such unprofessionalism from a store owner before. I am of Indian decent by the way. HORRIBLE store and even more horrible owner.

Passed through during one of the sip and shop events and fell in love. Not only do they carry lots of classic styled pieces but they have amazing jewelry and my favorite, Jan Michaels! The clothing had a good range of pricing depending on how fancy the designers were. I will definitely be going back, had amazing customer service and staff was very knowledgeable. Only complaint was I didn’t have enough money to buy everything!

Cute clothes with a definite vintage flair. The store also has great locally made jewelry pieces and accessories.
This another well curated collection of items in a small store. The stock rotates often and the sales are very good. Since the clothes are not really my style, I stop in more often to peruse their accessories and jewelry which are well-​priced and unique.
The staff has always been extremely helpful and offer really good suggestions.

This store is absolutely adorable. All the dresses are right up my alley with a vintage twist and vibrant colors. This place is perfect if you want to splurge and buy something you will truly love and feel amazing in every time you wear it.
Also, the owner rules! She’s the sweetest person and if you are looking for something specific (color, style) don’t hesitate to ask because she will most likely order it for ya!
I have a big concert coming up and I will be getting a dress from here and cant wait!

Stopped in here yesterday with my doggie, and I wish I didn’t have the furbaby with me because I would have tried on everything.
Bella & Harlow is an adorable, small, locally owned business on the stretch of Magazine right below Napoleon. Everything they carry has a vintage twist, from the in house made headbands, to the beautiful brass and semi precious stone jewelry, to the adorable dresses. It’s basically what my closet would look like if I were much richer and were a lady of leisure. Sadly I’m a grad student that works full time, so I have to hold off on buying everything I want.
The lady who was working there was very sweet to me and my doggie, and since I totally Facebook stalk them I will definitely be back!

I often don’t write reviews because people usually say it all, but I love this store. It’s so close to my apartment.
I will forewarn you by saying I HATE shopping for clothes. I often have trouble finding clothes that fit my body type. I wind up buying black tank tops and call it a day. But I have found 3 dresses I love in less than 10 minutes of being in the store. The owner was very attentive and suggested I try on clothes rather than thinking it wouldn’t look right on my body.
The store is neat and streamlined. Super friendly. I found all the dresses and jewelry to be affordable and quality which I feel as though you always get one or the other not both.
I have a feeling my retail therapy will be here.

This is a really cool and affordable vintage-​style dress shop tucked away on Magazine. My girlfriend tried on a bunch of dresses and skirts and had real trouble choosing what to buy… the owner is super-​friendly and laid back and the lines are all really adorable.

I stopped into this new little clothing store on Magazine St after noticing the cute dresses in the store window.
Bella & Harlow has really cute vintage inspired dresses. When I was here, I was wishing that I had a few more dollars to spend. There is nothing cheap about the clothing here, that’s for sure. I think I saw a dress here that was over $ 300. That’s fine if it’s going toward a fancy gown or something, but I can’t see spending that on a little day dress. I know what you’re going to say… I have cheap taste. Ok, whatever you say!
But hey, they do have really cute dresses here and I would absolutely shop here and spend the money if I saw something I really liked.
