I bought a groupon for Audubon Flowers a while ago and tried to stop by there on a Saturday afternoon… they were closed. Then, I called to get some roses for my girlfriend for V-day and they refused to accept the groupon for roses. They blamed Groupon for the mistake, saying«Groupon was supposed to put that in the fine print.» They took no responsibility for the blunder offered me no substitution for the mistake. I guess I will have to go there to use my Groupon, but I wont be going back. I have had much better experiences at Mitch’s right down the street. That’s where I would recommend going.

WARNINGTOBRIDES: DONOTGETYOURFLOWERSFROMTHISPLACE. They are extremely shady. I went in and talked to them, gave them the date of my wedding and the location(and made sure the flowers would be delivered to the venue), and they were supposed to fax or email me a contract/invoice. Two weeks passed, and nothing. I called, and they said they already emailed it to me(not true, I received no such email). They said they would fax it that day. No fax came in. Finally, I emailed them and someone replied with an invoice/price list in the body of the email. She was supposed to mail me a hard copy, but I never recieved it. Weeks later I emailed again, and she swore she mailed it that day. No. Two weeks before the wedding, they hand-delivered an incorrect invoice to my house. I emailed them that there was a mistake, and a new invoice was hand-delivered to my address. So, we paid the amount. Now it is my wedding day, minutes before I am supposed to walk down the aisle, and my flowers are nowhere to be found. No one answers when I call Audobon Flowers. I had to walk down the aisle without my bouquet, My flower girl had no flowers, my groom had no boutenniere, etc. DONOTUSETHESEPEOPLEFORYOURWEDDINGFLOWERS

In a world full of flowers that have been chemically reduced to nastiness and overrun by FTD, one can find Audubon Flowers. My boyfriend sends me flowers from here quite often, and every time I have been immensely impressed with the quality. The arrangements are not full of what we call fillers in the industry(baby’s breath, nasty fern, tackily died carnations, etc), and they are always artfully done. Every florist is taught(if he or she is taught well) to design in odds. So three flowers, five, but never four. Audubon obeys this rule and plays it out delightfully. I’ve received tulips that lasted for nearly 2 weeks, an arrangement filled with delphinium, irises, etc. Audubon embraces that flowers can be artistic medium. I absolutely love them!
