Archangel’s

We had Archangel contracted to do pool maintenance at a condo I moved into, during which time the pool feel into a state of disrepair.
It turns out that at some point, someone had built a cover for our pumps which made it impossible to access the filters, which need cleaning every 3 to 4 months.
As a result, the filters got clogged and the pressure of the system jumped threefold and was still unable to maintain any circulation in the pool, which started growing algae and getting to the point no one wanted to be near it.
Rather than bring this up and fix the issue, Archangel was happy to continue taking our money. After I moved in, we fired them, hired a better (and cheaper!) company, and haven’t looked back.
Until now, when I realized how badly we got cheated and felt compelled to write this review.
